Marks and Spencer

First time I've used an automated ordering system at M&S. Seems to work well.

I loved Shopping at This Marks and Spencer's outlet Located in the Basingstoke festival place , it's feels like a one stop shop for all your needs , the Quality of products right from the clothing to the food is the best , the entire facility is very well arranged and you will love the shopping experience here , the staff is very Cooperative and will help you with a smile 😊.. I will rate it a very good shopping experience 👍👍

Recently M&S caffe had been refurbished with a new system of ordering through a self service machine and payment. It is more convenient for us as I can spend more time to choose a different foods and beverages.
Ordered Egg Royale, Macaroni Cheese, Chips and Scampi and other foods and they were delicious. I also ordered an Afternoon Tea set but I think the tray was too large compared with the foods being served.

Love popping into the cafe for lunch. Gluten free options available. Soup and a roll with a muffin for after.

Had a difficult return but Elaine in this store was so helpful and sorted it out for me.

I went in today to look for some new clothes to treat myself. I'm plus size and I usually don't go to M&S as I never really thought that they'd have clothes suited to my body type but to my surprise they did!!! I spoke to Pebbles, who was very kind, patient and empathetic, who helped me to find some clothes that would fit! I didn't purchase anything due to not having the items in stock or available to order but the interaction I had with Pebbles was amazing and I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me get the products I wanted. They even took the time to go through the sizings with me and look online at other products available. They are a real asset to M&S and the quality of customer care and service was truly amazing. Thank you Pebbles! You have truly made my day!!!!

We went for Christmas shopping, wow amazing I nearly got all presents under one roof. Wide selection of ladies and gentlemen gift sets, very good quality. All my family loved their gifts.

Wheelchair accessible entrance. Disabled toilets available. Lifts and escalators available to assess different floors. Large airy spacious departmental shop. I can't wait to go for January sale. Highly recommend

Today i went into the Basingstoke branch looking at lingerie. The staff was amazing. She fitted me, took the time to help me get the right size and style. I realised I've been wearing the wrong size for years. Big thank you highly recommend them.

Good variety of clothing and home decorations. Cute little cafe with really nice options on the menu. Really nice cake ♡ friendly staff but they could have mode knowledge as had to ask a few about my nan's sparks card

My FAVORITE M&S grocery store! The food, experience, the bakery section, customer service, etc!

Actually I was surprised! Clothes and quality were good, my wife bought herself a long winter coat.
Also a very kind lady just walked up to us about gave us a 20%off voucher! Never met her before. So this made a huge difference on a £89 coat!👍😁
Also lunchtime soup was very good to!

When queuing up to order our food at the cafe it was a long queue.
However the only lady in charge to order was amazing. She didn't panick and was very polite with all the customers. When it was my turn I told her how amazing she has been. She told me her name, Amy Hill and actually when I saw the manager told her how amazing and efficient this lady is.By the way my tomato soup was so delicious and also enjoyed the 2 mini rolls as well. Last but not least I enjoyed the raspberries jelly with my peppermint tea and the oats biscuits too.

Visited multiple shops trying to find plain brown trousers/leggings for a costume. M&S don't just focus on what's fashionable meaning they will most likely have what you're looking for. Great array of sizes too! The cashier, Caroline, was very helpful, and put me at ease as I'm usually a very anxious shopper but she was polite and funny and dressed presentably. Big shout out to Caroline!

I went to mns for my first ever bra fitting (mtf) I’m normally was scared around trying out women clothes but after I’ve had a bra fitting I just had confidence of trying them now. I would highly go back there for a bra fitting and purchasing clothes such friendly staff

Great staff who gave me advice on what style and fit I suited me when in the changing room. I like the way shop is laid out too, can always easierly find what you need. I was looking for a womens suit for work and couldn't find a nice one at good price anywhere else in town. Walk into m&s and find exactly what I'm looking for, great quality and amazing price compared to others. Got myself a 2 peice suit for £50!! Will be coming back here again when I need another one

Firstly, I just want to say M&S has the best coffee on the High Street; their premium beans (only 20p extra).

To further that, M&S is surprisingly good value for money in the men's department. I particularly always buy my underwear and PJs from here. Otherwise, you can't go wrong shopping here.

Online order arrived and was all correct. My shopping experience was also a success although would have liked more than just a token number of alternative black or white items in store

Very nice place and well sign posted with a cafe and food hall and very helpful staff I love this place and give full recommendations to the staff and the items that they sell. Good place to buy things at reasonable price and high quality care taken.
