Asda Llandudno Superstore

It was so good to be able to grab a cuppa before doing my shopping. A very helpful employee got me sorted after the lid of a bottle of washing up liquid came off and spilt over my basket and the floor. He made me feel like it was absolutely not a problem at all. No queue for the tills was also a bonus! Thanks

I enter ASDA first when I visit Llandudno from Manchester, it’s humongous in size and you will get everything that you expect. after buying drinks, snacks and other needed staff I head to explore Llandudno, its a 4 hours free parking as well. If you hungry after a long drive you can also eat-in cheaply inside the cafe here, There is an Asda fuel station next which is cheaper compared to Manchester so fill the tank when you travel there, Overall one of my favourite Asda branch in the whole UK.

Best store for miles! Huge selection of quality grocery products, fresh & frozen food, clothing, greeting cards, alcoholic beverages all at great prices, plus much more. The car park is huge, 24/7 petrol station, cafe, toilet facilities, everything you expect from a superstore usually found in larger towns. Highly recommended for all one's shopping needs!

Click and collect is a JOKE at ASDA. We live in the 21st century. This is the worst experience ever you have to wait for the person to come after you call them and they don’t even answer the phone number. Went into store and they said you have to wait at the place outside to get your click and collect order. So I waited for another 20 mins and the guy finally comes out and starts arguing with me after I complain. Really bad customer service Never again. ASDA wake up!! WHAT KIND OF RUBBISH SYSTEM IS THIS ????? I’ve changed the rating as they are going to improve their service

Just witnessed the delivery man taking my elderly neighbours shopping.
1st class customer service is an understatement.
I was listening in the background ,that fella is a true gentleman and a credit to the store.

Some great finds here and stuff for all ages, couldn’t recommend a visit enough! Even some fun unique Easter eggs.

A fantastic store great food plus so many Bargains staff fab been buying there for many years I love Llandudno store your the best .

I became unwell today in Asda. Jade and Jacquie were amazing! Jade bought me water with her own money, took my shopping to the car and offered to sit with me and follow me home in her own time if I felt I was well enough to drive. Friendly enough staff

It's exactly what you would expect from a supermarket - a great range of products at reasonable prices. It's the biggest and most comprehensive store of its kind in town and there are always special offers available each week. Disabled Parking is available right by the store entrance, masks are compulsory and Social Distancing rules are enforced. Shopping here feels safe.

Wonderful staff in the cafe...and a great deal

Good range of good, their own value range is actually very cheap and good quality. Sometimes not enough checkout staff but there is a self checkout too.

The largest I had been in, easily found what we needed, well signposted on isles. Sold most what anyone would need regarding food fresh frozen dried and tinned goods. Clothes, gardening, books, games, toys, medicines, even a cafe and toilets.

Very good range of products, friendly and helpful staff, nice Cafe, plenty of parking. Bring a £1 for trolley release.

Great store, spacious, lots of choice, good value, choice of till types. So spacious and airy it provides a really relaxing environment, your blood pressure goes down when you're strolling around! Super "no rush" atmosphere particularly at off peak times. Huge car park, disabled parking close to store. Toilet facilities including disabled. Also cafe, chemist, wet fish, rotissier chicken etc etc. Highly recommended.
Update Feb 2020. On our last couple of visits arrived at the disabled toilets only to find them locked and a sign saying the key must be collected from customer service where there is often a long que. No need to elaborate on the inconvenience and unfriendlyness of this. Quite inexplicable, and is it even legal to lock a free toilet for use of patrons, and only for the disabled, is this not illegal discrimination?
Beware the car park is time restricted to 3 hours, even if you spend all the time there you will incur a penalty ticket of £70 if you stay 1 minute longer. You may be able to negotiate at customer services, but the outcome is not guaranteed. If you think you will be more than 3 hours, the best procedure is to negotiate as soon as you arrive and you may be able to receive a special dispensation to remain for 4 hours sans ticket.
