Great place to shop good products friendly staff and very helpful. One criticism they need more tills open. When I went in, there were only two tills open.

Nice large store that is clean, tidy, well stocked and laid out. Great customer service as well.

I was served by Hannah at checkout 18 today at around 12:50pm. Friendly and polite, with a genuine smile, which I thanked her for. I did ask someone at customer service if the Manager was around so I could give feedback but they weren't sure where he was and I needed to get my groceries home. I hope Hannah will be recognised for her excellent customer service.

Excellent Tesco as always.
Great for all your shopping and quick in and out every day essentials. The fuel station is outstanding as well 🙂

Almost 2 weeks ago I waited in the queue for an hour. The staff outside were helpful & friendly.
Two elderly gents were escorted to the entrance and allowed skip the queue. So kind & thoughtful in this time of crisis.
The staff inside were equally accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a lovely atmosphere & relaxing air.
Well done to you all for working so hard. It is very much appreciated!

My delivery was short of several items as a crate had been left on the van. The team at Leatherhead were fabulous as sorted it out with no fuss. Many thanks to the deputy manager and to the lovely lady who delivered my missing shopping.

The store is currently in the middle of a new fitout and moved the aisles around. Has everything. Just not sure where it is.

Just wanted to congratulate Tesco Leatherhead for being so well stocked and organised at 9am this morning. Announcements made during my one hour visit were clear and nicely delivered reminding us all to be patient and courteous to each other. Well done to all the staff.

Exited store to an alarm, the nicest most helpful security guard approached and was a complete pleasure to deal with. Times like this can really sort the wheat from the chaff. Amazing professional. So many times lately you are meet with grizzly security that spoils your day. Not here, thank you.

Very clean and tidy easy to find what you want helpful staff nice wide range of all you need.

My wife accidentally dropped one of her shopping bags off the trolley after she'd paid for the shopping. A member of staff who was working at the self service area nearby responded immediately. She was friendly, helpful and efficient, clearing up, replacing the broken bottle free of charge, providing new bags for the affected shopping and all done withinn 10 mins. Full marks to that lady whose name we don't know. This happened about 11.30 a.m. on Friday 16th June.
We like the size of this store, big enough but not so big it takes ages to get round. All staff are invariably friendly.

I shop at Leatherhead Tescos regularly. I can not praise the staff enough for their friendly approach, professional service, patience, the cleanliness of the store and the good quality of products. I really enjoy my shopping experience in these tough times.
However, I am really disappointed with a lot of rude customers who don't comply with the social distancing and one way system. 🙁 Constantly challenging staff and customers who are trying their best.
I have a lot of respect for the staff at TESCO LEATHERHEAD. A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL.

Within easy reach anytime of day and carries a lot of good stock. But lately has had some gaps in its options. Not sure if the recent talk of an acquisition has had an impact in some way and affected Tescos decision making.

I was shopping in Tesco's with my family and a very friendly member of staff approached me and my son after spotting him with a pokeball and she (Jules) began to explain how much her son liked Pokémon and approved of our decision to purchase this pokeball only for his mum to say no it was to expensive which upset him, after which Jules approached us and presented George with a gift (Pokémon cards) which she'd purchased! We were all in shock at the generosity and kindness from a complete stranger which left George smiling ear to ear, Tesco's are very lucky to have such caring and thoughtful member of staff we will definitely be returning after normally shopping at Aldi, an amazing act of kindness we won't ever forget

I love Tescos and have just been there this morning, but I particularly bought more of your Tescos whte sliced bread (red,white and blue pack) as it was marked at 40p . However on checking my bill at home each loaf has been charged at 55p! Be warned folks there are temporary traffic lights on the little hill in and out of Oxshott due to road widening. Feel sorry for the workman in this heat. Brandy.
