A nice large well set out store with a big Range of products plus a good selection of organic foods. Plenty of free car parking space.

Really like the new store in Llandudno, it's over two floors and well laid out. The food hall is vast and full of lovely produce, a little expensive but that's not surprising by the quality. Nice also to see clothing for all ages and homeware all under one roof.

The cleanest places I been ! Staff member are kind and friendly ! As I came in to the building it brought joy to me

Lovely spread out store, with a lot more choice and selection than Chester, with the exception of Heswall which had a lot more choice and luxury food items than Chester. Reviewed Sept 2023.

This lovely woman Sharon was the most kind hearted and understanding woman I’ve ever met. She gave the best customer service and she deserves the absolute world. I’m a 16 year old girl and it was like having a conversation with a grandparent, because of how warm she was. I was having difficulty finding pants in my size so I asked if there was more selection online rather than in-store she said she would have a look to see if there were any of my size in stock or she would order it in for me. She went to order it in for me but unfortunately I couldn’t order them because I am under sixteen she looked heartbroken for me as I had said I had left it a bit last minute as I have school in three days, she then asked a co-worker/ manager if she was allowed to put it through and explained my situation but she was told no. But I suggested using my mums information and her face just lit up. As we were putting my mums details in, even though we were just exchanging small talk it was one of the nicest conversations I’ve had in a very long time. She was such a lovely person to the point when I was walking away I got upset because of how nice she was. This woman deserves the whole world and more and there needs to be more people like her. This happened in the Llandudno store 🫶

Had an appointment yesterday with a lovely lady called Nicola for a bra measurement. What a very competent person, who was very professional & an asset to M&S company & Llandudno store. I ended up buying 5 new bras!!. Thank you Nicola.

The click and collect department is very efficient. The store and food department looks well stocked.

Great store and lovely staff. Always have great customer service.

Had lovely food today and staff were lovely, only downfall is, that they don’t give you enough beans when ordering beans on toast, the pot of beans only covered one toast.

Went in today to purchase some wine and champagne. The person I first spoke to left what he was doing and found someone else to help me. He was very helpful eaven carried my purchases to the check out and put the bottle's in to bottle bags for me as I was loaded up with other shopping. Great old fashion service that is appreciated very much. And a shout out to the people concerned. Thank you M&S.

Lovely new store but cafe was a shambles, may as well have gone to McDonald's..The food came quickly but ordering took an age. You can't expect m&s customers to order with robots. Half the foods was not available. Shame on you m&s. The queue for ordering became very very upset but the staff were very sympathetic .Not a good move M&S.

Visited Marks and Spencer Llandudno to check out their selection of suits. Although the selection on offer was very small; only about eight styles to choose from, the staff were very helpful. The lady that helped me measured me up and offered to order in my size for collection in store. Overall happy with the service. Reasonably priced too.

Nice M&S. Have everything you want and you end up buting thinks you thought you didn't need too. Me and my friends also enjoyed meal and coffee in their coffee shop. I can highly recommend.

I have visited the Cafe a few times now and love the Devon Scone with Jam and cream. It is very scrummy. All of the staff are very friendly and will go the extra mile to help when ever they can.
Love the store in general and I am very impressed with all the departments. Particularly when seaking advice about clothes for my up and coming cruise. The lady that served me was very interested in me and engaged in conversation regarding my holiday. It made me feel like a valued customer.

Staff actually talk to you, friendly feel to the place plenty of choice. Love the quality of the fresh fruits when they say ready to eat. l wait for the next day, then they are.

I needed measuring and went looking for a new bra. The lady in the fitting was more than helpful and I ended up buying 3. I was a very happy shopper!

Spacious store. Very airy and clean. Lots of selection in food hall - might just point out to our local store manager to see if they can follow this example... Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Really only called in here for a coffee break. But there is a wide selection of clothes and the food hall, as always was great.
Went upstairs to the cafe and found it full of oldies, I don't count myself inthat bracket as I am only 72!
Found the ordering method interesting, a bit like McDonalds, i.e order via a computerised screen. Easy to use though, even helped and elderly lady who had never used one. Though pretty sure she was looking for more than a cup of coffee :)

The New Store is open, the Cafe is automated , some people live , some people hate it..! I’m very fond of it as it’s so quick .. no waiting at the till fit the cashier to make the coffees & Teas..! Just go to Board, Tap your Sparks Card , tap your order , tap your credit card & take a seat. By the time you’ve found a seat, sorted yourself out your lunch is being delivered to your table .. easy peasy ..!!
