Wouldn't take my parcel!!!!

Tried to use as drop of point for Evri. My parcel was totally within size guidelines. The dimensions are as follows 4 kg 73 x 21 x 64 cm.
The calculation is 64 + 21 x2 =170 + 73 = 243

Confirmed by Evri on live chat.

The angry little shop keeper got it wrong twice and completely wasted my time.

Don't use as drop off location.

went to get electric told cant pay with card so told to use their cashpoint thats empty.still wont accept card on a one off so key given back.went to another shop payed with card no problem and much better customer service.
