Bought an LG Nanocell TV in store at the weekend and after taking delivery of it yesterday we discovered the TV wasn't functioning properly and we were unable to watch it. Returned it to store this evening for them to check it and after confirming the issue we were given a full refund with no quibbles at all. Steve and Joanne could not have been more helpful along with another colleague whose name I didn't catch. Could not fault the customer service we received. Thank you 😊

May we say a massive thank you to a gentleman who on last Saturday morning helped my husband in the Chesterfield Road Sheffield store we dont know his name but it was early morning we needed a plug to fit a razor we had purchased from Amazon and it was so helpful of your member of staff to help and eventually find the correct plug These days its difficult to be able to obtain such helpfulness keep it up we need stores like yours if you can find out who the gentleman was a big grateful thank you from us Regards Keith Hird

I always like coming into this store, whether it to buy something, or just to have a general look around. There's always plenty of different items for people to look at, or buy, and the staff are always very friendly, polite, and actually wanting to help customers, which is very different from a few years ago. The staff are all ridiculously helpful here and went above and beyond when I lost my phone in store. Lots of people available to help, and no judgement when it turned out I’d just left it on a random shelf.

Also all really knowledgeable about all the stock.

We always buy our large electrical items here because of the great customer service and the extended warranty is a must

Recently needed help with a fault on my laptop. The technical support staff were brilliant, really helpful and non-patronising. They managed to fix it in-store over the weekend so it didn't need to be sent off to be sorted. Highly recommend their attitude and efficiency.

There were only 2 minutes to go before they closed, when I rushed in to pick up a collection order, the staff were great, not rude, or once said we're closing now, they were helpful and got me my order without any fuss. I was really pleased with the service.
