O2 Shop Meadowhall

I was being bombarded with scam emails out of the blue. I went to the O2 shop in Meadowhall and they sorted the problem within minutes. I also wanted help to sort out my daughter's account and received quick and efficient service. Thanks.

Overall the experience was quick and pain free. The staff were helpful, efficient and it was an easy process. Called today to renew my mobile phone contract. A really friendly guy served us, he save me 50% on my monthly bill. What's not to like.

Had a lengthy discussion with the Sony rep about Xperias. Great product knowledge, transparency and customer service!

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. It's a shame you can't easily access assistance online. Fine if I want to take out a new contract. Useless to get help with a warranty issue on a phone. Round and round in circles! It was faster to go in store and speak to a person!

Massive thank you to Temi who literally got me a new phone and new watch In literally minutes, I literally didn’t even expect to buy a new phone and watch this quick on contract, thank you for your quick and awesome service. I literally got there at 8:45 and was out at 9 with a new contract, new phone, new case, new screen protector and new watch, cheers guys!

Brilliant experience.

We were served quickly everthing was explained quickly and the switching service they offer really does work.

I was no a net work that was not working for me in 20 minutes I was changed to 02.

The shop was clean. The staff knew there stuff, and there was a great selection of phones tablets and laptops to choose from.

5 stars I would recommend this to anyone.

Helpful staff, smartly dressed, pleasant and polite. Not too pushy. Went in and explained what I wanted, got the advice I needed and the tariff that suited my needs.

Very busy, had to wait a short while to get seen. But it was worth the wait, Very helpful staff sorted out a new phone for me and solved a problem I had with one of my contacts. New phone excellent value, all details from existing phone transferred to new one without a problem. Was shown new features and updated on some existing ones.

Sat and had a chat with Elliott and bought the Google pixel 7 pro with him, I couldn't have asked for a better sales person to be dealing with, that man deserves a pay rise and all good things ever, thank you Elliott :))))

I spoke to Stephen about my contract, and he was incredibly helpful. Really accommodating and explained everything very clearly. Even with social distancing in place, he made the experience simple and easy for me. Great service

Recently visited the store about an upgrade for my Sony Xperia phone. Both assistants that served me were very well up on the technical side of things and went into detail with my new purchase on the different things I needed to know about it. If there was anything I didn't understand, they talked me through it, so as i did. Very pleased with the service I received and would definitely call again for all the helpful assistance I received. Well worth a visit.

As a loyal o2 customer I can't knock the staff here they are super friendly and helpful with no pressure to commit to anything.
Definitely a better place than the apple store across the mall....

Very helpful staff who can't do enough to ensure your questions are answered fully.

Store colleagues even let customers look at their personal phones to see what specific phones look and feel like.
