Brought back memories of flicking through vinyl in the 70s/80s.

Good shop layout, very clean and tidy, I bought a couple of t-shirts from here, had a problem with printing my receipt out, but the staff were brilliant about it and very helpful.

Friendly customer service and lots to choose from. In the age of Internet Shopping and Media Streaming it’s great to be able to experience physical media.

Really good choice of Music & Film on various formats, also good range of collectible merch. Prices could be a little better but it's not excessive. Overall worth a visit.

Staff were very helpful and tried their best to find the cd for me, were looking for about 15 minutes. Pete G was very helpful and tried one final time. He offered me to have the cd delivered, which I accepted. Would fully recommend this store

Reminds me of the good old 1990s! Daughter picked up 3 LPs for a small mortgage but got what she wanted. Nice store, prices high but then I remember what a LP cost in 1995 lol. Staff were very helpful.

How this place has changed !
I'd not been in for quite a while and the emphasis has changed from predominantly
CDs and DVDs, to toys, merchandise, accessories, vinyl and record players.
HMV have shifted the demographic and moved with the times.
Very refreshing and a nice surprise for a
record buyer like me.

Always stocked up on dvd, CDs and merch. Can find some good deals too! Interesting to see trending films and merch and one time they had a live band playing when the new store opened. HMv has always been consistent as well so you can always easily find different genres etc.

Some things in life keep changing. HMV is still here, thank goodness!
To go to a real shop instead of buying online is so much better, I'll definitely be back again. And again....

they had a sale on tshirts for £5, when i checked out the kind man (didn't get his name unfortunately) advised me there were more tshirts of the band i just bought. i just thought it was so thoughtful of him 💗

Walking in the store your hit with everything you could want, great movies, fantastic cd and vinyl selection, funko pops, action figures from your favourite movies or anime , music and movie t-shirts, and fantastic staff and a great atmosphere

It's alright, but more often than not things aren't in order and takes a while to find. When it's busy, the place becomes a bit of a mess... This isn't the staff's fault, they're definitely doing their best to manage such a large shop. There isn't much you can't find, you just have to look quite a bit and deal with the customers who push you out the way. It's a bit of an overload if you're Autistic!

Loved this shop, always have from being a teen, but the staff was lovely really friendly and extremely helpful, soo many goodies to see and want, cant wait for my next shopping trip

Truly brilliant choice, well laid out displays, found loads and loads of quality boxsets at spot on pricing.

The records are really expensive, but overall the experience in the shop is great. There are staff who wander about and see if you need anything and I think that's nice.

Shop smaller but staff really helpful I couldn't find what I wanted and they found it for me. Magic a rare thing in this world helpful staff and polile.
