One of the best Tescos I've seen so far, shelves are tidy, staff is polite, great moving area in store.

Huge store! Newspapers, magazines, party supplies, home wares, electricals, CDs, dvds, clothing, shoes, accessories, health and beauty, pharmacy, vision express, Costa coffee, hot food counters, deli counter, fish monger, bakery, need I go on?! So much on offer you don't know where to look!! Everything you could think of is on offer in this store! Always well stocked, produce always fresh, free fruit for the kids too. Well worth a trip! Scan as you shop, home shopping, click and collect. There's also a car wash and petrol station.

Always clean and well designed. Friendly staff when you can find one. I have given up on self scan and scan your self. I seem to get picked for check or red light of doom. Much prefer normal tills with humans. I can't be standing there waiting for somebody to fix the machines.
Plus why are they so loud I'm not death.

Such a big store with everything you need- their prices are really good also! Going back 10 years when things were so much cheaper like the bag of sweets I got for 75p- you don’t see that anymore.

I only visited here to use one of the cashpoint machines, which served its purpose with no issue.
There was no problem with parking either, plenty of spaces were available at 09:20 on a Sunday morning.

Shout out to Connor who gave me 5 star assistance when I needed help to get a new TV. I'd injured my neck and shoulder so couldn't raise my arm to lift the one I wanted from the top shelf. Connor took care of everything and even carried the TV to my car for me. Exemplary service.

Dropped in for a meal deal on the way back from a morning in Norwich. Very easy to find and plenty of parking spaces were available. Very clean store with well stocked shelves. Everything you would expect from a decent Tesco store.

Good superstore, stocks pretty much everything in the way of food and drink. Look out for items on offer and buy one get one free, these offers change daily. Good selection of fruit and vegetables, fish and meat, and fresh baked bread in store. For those who prefer they have a selection of gluten free and dairy free produce as well as organic. Also some bargains in the well stocked clothes section. Not always the cheapest but the best stocked and largest supermarket in Dereham, open 24 hours except Sunday and fuel station on site always has cheap fuel.

Found the staff we spoke to friendly and helpful from the young lady in the F and F section to the lady on the checkout s. A special mention to Jo in the phone shop who was especially helpful.

A better experience than a few years ago, although there is still a feeling of anxiety re closure around the staff team.

The shop offers an almost department store variety of goods. Several in-store outlets such as pharmacy, opticians,. mobile phone, etc.... The food part is better presented, with more variety.

Tesco has suffered bad buyers as have other food outlets. However as long as customers are prepared to read ingredients on packets they should not suffer any risk. Perhaps even setting up a customer trial on new food coming into store might allow more belief in new products... You could use the 9 out of 10 cats approach..

Popped in on Friday morning for 3 things, got my items and strolled over to the currency exchange booth, I was greeted by a wonderful woman that helped me immensely. I bought my Dollars for our USA trip and she managed to get us not much less than the online price, I would definitely go back to this store. Happy days

Have been placing click and collect orders all throughout the pandemic and Tesco has been incredibly easy and convenient for this. In particular Jack, who is always in the cold, and bringing orders to customers and assisting them, is fantastic. He recognises us by our car and often rushes off to get our shopping before we’ve even fully parked. This guy deserves some recognition Tesco for being a five star member of staff!

Thank you to all the staff this morning at Tesco Dereham who did a wonderful job organising the store and being so helpful and pleasant. My friend and I took advantage of the slot for the elderly and we were very pleased how we were able to get our weekly shop in comfort.

Lovely layout, easy to move around. Plenty of choice and reasonable prices.

Great shop, all staff seemed happy and polite. The shop is big with clothing area too. On the 1st floor of the shop there's a Costa. The toilets are very clean .
