Iceland Supermarket Spennymoor

The £1 food items for large family has been a massive hit for us with having 3 small children trying to feed them then been able to get a large number of fruit and veg aswell with our budget its really good and I hope all iceland keep this to that price as its hard to live these days with everything going up only thing is I wish fruit and vegetables was cheaper .

Fairly cheap prices a good range of frozen food. Do home delivery and checkouts are manned, if it gets busy they are quick to open up another till.

Iceland has a good range of products and this one which happens to be in Spennymoor is no exception. Whether it be the meat products or the new plant based products there is lots of choice. I was impressed to see a whole range of vegan and vegetarian produce. With one in four food products in the last two years being vegan it is good to see. If we are to meet the 2050 environmental targets then every one of us will have to reduce our meat intake by at least 20%.

Great Iceland store, very big, plenty of choice, good sized car park, very organised.

All of the staff in Spennymoor Iceland are very helpful. I once witnessed a person who had lost her purse and was helped by one of the staff, saying she would pay for her groceries until the older woman could come in and pay herself .

Online ordering and delivery are quick and easy to do plus faster than anyone else as I have ordered on a Saturday and delivered on Monday. But the best is the free delivery level is possible for those of us on limited benefits. No basket surcharge and no £5.50 delivery charge either so my money goes on my shopping. Even if you don't have free delivery £2.00 is better than anyone else local. So you need to tweak your shopping list so ...it's worth it to me

Easy access, good parking. Massive choice of quality food. I think Iceland is better value than Aldi. The frozen veg, we find is superb.

Great friendly service

Thank you soo much to the lovely staff member who was filling the fridge today, I've had surgery on my bowel and carry a card from the bladder and bowel Community, she checked with her manager and took me to the toilet that is for staff only, she probably doesn't know how much it meant to me

Nice little store got everything I needed

Just been to Spennymoor Iceland today and just wanted to say Thankyou. The staff in there are 100% amazing. Organised and professional but also kind and friendly. It was lovely to be helped and served by such wonderful people during this awful time. Thankyou lasses.
