Went to next at cleveland retail park today. What amazing customer service I received, I didn’t catch the girls name but she was pregnant. I was looking for a pair of curtains I had a little description and she couldn’t have been more helpful trying to find the ones I wanted online. She deserves a medal for putting up with me. I hope this reaches her so she knows how brilliant she is.

Great location. Easy to get to and accessible parking. This next shop seems to have a great selection of clothes and other things, a much wider range than the one in the town centre. Also if they don't have the size you require they will order it in and the dress I wanted was ordered in and delivered to the store the very next day with a text to remind me to pick it up. Overall great service.

It’s a long time since I was in this area and I was surprised to see this Next had had a makeover. 👏🏻
The store was very nice, clean and easy to move around between departments, easy to move around and find what I liked, I’ll definitely be back.
The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.
