Having missed my GP surgery flu clinic due to ill health I called Boots in godalming today and spoke to a wonderful lady called Carole who was extremely helpful. I advised Carole that I needed to book a flu jab urgently for my elderly mother and myself and Carole confirmed I could be seen that day for the flu jab. When I turned up Carole was fabulous and so efficient and I can’t believe how smoothly Carole organised this for us. I’m not good with injections but Carole was great and I didn’t even notice she had done it. Thank you Carole and Boots Godalming for arranging this and getting us protected for winter

Prescription waiting,on time and excellent staff. Makes life easier! Like all pharmacy's they are under a lot of pressure so correct details and a little understanding goes a long way.

OK, but they didn't have any menthol nose decongestant, nor any desire to get any. Plus they didn't even know that they have sold it in the past!!!

lAs usual I was treated very well by staff in Godalming.. I was served by Greta, she is always very polite. I go in the store most weeks and never have any complaints. Staff are first class.

Both Amanda behind the P drug counter and Norman one of the Pharmacists are exceptionally knowledgeable. They will be patient with any questions and research, suggest alternatives and order if Godalming does not have the product you wish to buy. Would not use anyone else.
