Just went to mail two parcels, got served by a lovely red haired lady. On my way out, I realised I forgot to add a return code to one of my parcels, and the blonde woman that served me the second time around was awful. She tossed the parcels around, from all the bags like potato sacks waiting for me to find mine, was very sarcastic, and kept mumbling to herself from behind the window, clearly for me to be embarrassed.

I only visit when I have to i.e to return an Hermes parcel and usually grab a few things on the visit. The ' Duty Manager' I was just served by was completely straight faced and completely disinterested; no hi, smile, please or thank you. Most experiences have been very negative with zero customer service, it is no wonder the staff are like this when these are the kind of managers they have around them.

Most miserable lady I have ever encountered

Went in to buy some bits and bobs on a rather disgusting night... Met with the most miserable member of staff who clearly didn't want to be there and we were too much trouble. was also unhelpful to other customers.
sort it out!
