It's quite nice to browse and see what's new. There's always plenty of choice and the prices are good. Alot of choice for Christmas decorations! Loads of cute pressies for stocking fillers.

Had to return an item today and the service was superb. Manager very efficient with excellent customer service skills, easy to get hold of by phone and refund done despite not having a receipt.

Love this place, I am disabled and have to use a mobility scooter and this store is set out in such a way that I find it very easy to maneuver making my shopping experience much less stressful. Their products are good quality and great prices especially food and drink, had many bargains from here. Staff are very friendly and helpful too, some have come to my aid when they've seen me try to reach something just beyond grasp without me even asking, thats good customer service in my book

I have an unhealthy obsession with home bargains. This one has to be the best to buy toys, I try to buy before October as they tend to be cheaper than ones closer to Christmas

HB iswhat it is. HB sells branded item's at daily good prices. Generally lower than the big supermarkets.

The special offers are to look out for. They can reduce items by Upton 50% on every day items for a good month or more.

Stores are clean & tidy as a big bonus.

massive store with lots of stock can find anything in the store ranging from light bulbs to furniture and everything in-between would recommend a visit.

Today's visit was very pleasant. I suffer with social anxiety and had a mini anxiety attack and needed to use the toilet. The checkout lady called for another colleague to come and show me the toilets. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

Shelves were stocked up and I was able to find everything I needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Initially the queue was too long to begin with, but as they had seen it build up, they kindly opened up a few more extra tills. Thank you!

Good products range, we love shopping at this store year round. Only complaint I have is that they need more tills open.

Thought Lidl was the cheapest but these guys really have some quality products at bottom price for real. They're my plug for drinks and groceries
