Massive thankyou to Shemroy at the store today. Left my SIM in my old phone after an exchange he was able to sort me a new one in 5 mins and activate etc saved my life. Shemroy is a Credit to O2 and was simply amazing today.

My Mum being on o2 pay and go needed a new sim card as her 'ancient' phone failed. She needed a nano sim to fit the replacement phone. They did a 'sim swap' supply a new sim for free so she can keep her old number and not lose the credit.

Ask for Dom! Incredible service, no pressure, got exactly what I wanted for the price I needed and was offered some brilliant deals, walked out with my new phone and accessories in 30mins 😁🙌

Excellent customer service within the o2 shop all want to try and help you with what ever you may have a concern or a issue with the phone

I only visit this shop for when I need to speak with a technical advisor and when I have problems with my phone the staff are very good and helpful there's not much more you can say
