One Stop

I went to one stop st Michael's road tonight with my grandson who has autism I let him shop for himself for the first time and i waited outside the young shop worker called Tom was so kind I told him my grandson was autistic and was shopping and paying on his own and then I waited outside Tom was so patient with my grandson and let him take his time and helped him with payment my grandson came out the shop and said to me the man behind the counter was so kind to him so I would just like to say a HUGE thankyou to Tom he really is a credit to the shop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always stock up with quality products. Clean and tidy shop offering good products for reasonable prices.

It's a good shop always well stocked and friendly staff except one lad that works there in the mornings that is just rude when serving the customers.

I gat food and fruit some chocolate and cakes but no bread sticks cause they had none 😔 and no Nutella'.

We've just purchased and moved into the Maisonette upstairs, maybe wouldn't have done so if we'd known the absolute racket and lack of care of the delivery drivers. The loudness of the old elevtric shutters.

We're trying for a child, but without fail, at 5am when the shutters go up, a delivery driver turns up to smash and slam absolutely everything he touches, without any consideration for the general public that live extremely close in the surrounding area of the shop, I'm surprised jt hasn't had more complaints - like when a staff member was egging on a kid at the weekend that was hurling verbal abuse at an old man.

What tiny shop needs a delivery every single day? And why does it have to be at the crack of dawn when people are trying to sleep?!

I'm kind of worried to try for a child now with the lack of sleep my partner and myself aren't getting, and the amount of stress on a daily basis by being woken up by careless, loud delivery drivers.

Ordered items on Deliveroo and they showed as available. They failed to supply 80% of my order. But the delivery fee wasn’t refunded. Ended up paying £6+ for a packet of crisps. Avoid One Stop and avoid Deliveroo
