I would like to thank Sarah in the garden centre she was so helpfull. We are all very quick to complain, we need to make more of an effort to Thank people. We'll done.

A large branch, which takes some time to navigate around. But lots of overhead signs to help you find what you're looking for. Staff on the floor and on the tills are friendly and helpful.

Isabella is a superstar ! So helpful to me on the phone despite my accent meant she went hunting for something else but we got there and despite you didn’t have what I was looking for I just wanted to say what a lovely young girl with a pleasant and caring attitude ! What amazing staff ! I recently purchased some slate from the garden centre - needed to go twice as I underestimated how much I needed . I was helped byGareth and Sarah who loaded the flat loaders , took it to the till and then loaded my car .What amazing service and all done in a friendly way - nothing was too much trouble . I was very impressed

The best staff! Every single member of staff I’ve met at this store is not only helpful, attentive and friendly but they also have the most amazing manners too! Sarah in the garden section was amazing today. Very helpful and friendly. She even got dad and I another trolley, helped select plants and then took the trolley to till 1 and organised for someone to come out to the car with the extra trolley. The cashier was also friendly as was the lady who helped take the plants to the car. Will definitely be back soon.

Just been in. The staff were lovely. Particularly the lady on till 1 all morning 20/03/2023, such a lovely lady, who chatted to each customer with such ease and you’d humour.

Great new store on the Formby bypass. We went there Tuesday for garden plants. Choice is great and prices reasonable. Staff are great with special mention for Gareth who was very helpful, informative and engaging .it is just nice to meet someone who brings a great personality when engaging with customers and enjoys the job. Will be returning and would not hesitate to recommend this store.

Ive have been in a few HB around Liverpool and nearby areas. I honestly think the crew in Formby are the friendliest and most helpful yet. Nothing is ever a bother even though you can see how hard they are working. Their boss should be very grateful.

Must admit one of the better "Home Bargains".Don't know why as they all sell the same goods. Nonetheless it's nice to walk round and browse the shelves plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere, don't ask me why it just is.
