Fully recommend the worktop shop! Niki was a great help in helping me, going above and beyond, (even driving to my house to drop something off rather than me having to wait for it in the post). Attention to detail is a huge part of what Niki does, making sure to go through every option with you and the pro's and con's of each. She knows her stuff! Thank you worktop shop! ❤

Nikki knows her products. We were very unsure of what we wanted as its a minefield of different materials but Nikki advised on what would work for our home life balance. From luke templating to fitting. It was all done professionally and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this small local company

When we visited The Worktop Shop, Niki was very welcoming and let us browse the large selection of worktops of various materials at our leisure. The advice we received was not driven by price as the pros and cons of all price ranges were discussed.
She advised that we go and visit the supplier to see the full quartz slab before making our decision which was most useful as the patterns look different on a 3m by 2m slab than a sample block.
We received a really good honest advice and the fitting procedure was exactly how she explained it to us. If you’re looking for a new worktop, we would definitely recommend a visit to The Worktop Shop to have a chat with a very friendly and knowledgeable Niki.

We went to the worktop shop as after the pandemic wanted to shop locally. Niki was very polite and let us browse offering her knowledge on the different types of worktop whilst asking what we felt we wanted. Not pushy at all, and certainly didn’t try to sell us the most expensive. At our request organised us a fitter and even got the date brought forward when our kitchen was ready quicker than thought. Costs were clear and she worked out the cheapest way of doing things. A well earned 5* rating and will be recommending, Thanks Niki it’s looks fab!

We have just had our solid surface ( Makstone ) fitted expertly by Gary .
The advice we got from Niki was excellent . We couldn't decide between quartz or solid surface . I had read a very informative article on the Internet beforehand then realized it was Niki who wrote it !
The shop offers old-fashioned customer care with professional and knowledgeable , but never pushy , advice .
Gary fitted our ( very beamy and not east to fit kitchen ) excellently . Thoroughly recommend !

Can only say how happy I have been with the service received from the worktop shop. Nicky in particular has been extremely helpful and kept us informed all the way through the process. When we first visited the shop Nicky was happy to give her time to go through some options for us and gave good advice. Once we had made our decision everything then happened exactly as promised and having had the worktops fitted last week really happy with the final product. Thanks again for all your help

Niki was lovely at the shop, very helpful and informative about all the types of worktop, she made us feel good and confident about our choice, we went with quartz and we are very happy. The fitters Glen + 1 were polite and professional made little mess and cleaned up once job was completed, Glen explained about having no treatment with quartz and said how long to leave it before we could use it, a very nice man. Best thing was payment on completion, so it gave us confidence of getting a 1st class product & service.
I would definitely recommend The worktop shop.

If you are looking for a worktop supplier I challenge you to find one better than this lady!

I initially called up enquiring on what I thought I wanted and was encouraged to come down to the shop to look before I commit.. I was quite blunt I didn’t need too and knew what I wanted…. Long story short I ate my words.. after taking Niki’s advice to come down to the shop I chose something completely different. Not only was Niki really knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me on what I was choosing she made the impossible possible by getting my kitchen templated and fitted in just under two weeks in readiness for my sons first birthday party.

I cannot recommend this company/lady enough. Very Competitive on price and personal on service. GO LOCAL
