I went into this store last week Saturday and was assisted by the super friendly Liv. I saw a top that I liked but it was a big size so I went to Liv and asked if there's smaller size available. After checking on her system, she said yes and then without hesitation went to their store unit and came back with two different sizes for me to try. Liv was very friendly and very eager to help and I am so impressed. Really amazing service and she's a huge assets to the store. thank you Liv

I never visited the shop until about 6 months ago, now I'm in most weeks. The staff are very nice & friendly, & make you feel welcomed with help & support. The stock is great & plentiful & at a superb price & even the music in the background is good. I highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice place. Nice customer service. Nice clothes and nice prices. The shop is full during the weekend after lunch. Best to go after 3pm. The polish girl helped me a lot with jackets and shoes. Appreciate her help and others in the shop. Yay!!!

Love it, always super low prices on the clearance items and enough off the normally priced items to make them a bargain. The staff are always super helpful and polite.

Great store and really lovely helpful staff! Especially the lady who helped with an exchange I made today with a sweatshirt I bought in the Gunwharf Quays outlet a few weeks ago, very happy to now have the top in a better fitting size :)

I maybe an oldie of 59 but I love this shop and always make a point of wandering in when I am at the Quays. Young lady who was there last time was really nice, not pushy and nosey (English girl not Polish).

Customer service is excellent. All the clothes last very long. Definitely worth the money. Its a very clean and calm environment
