Wow, the level of friendliness and expertise here is incredible. I always feel like I never ask too much for them. I went into today to switch my kittens food to a healthier alternative as she wasn’t gaining weight on a generic supermarket brand. We looked at the options and the shop assistant worked out the price per week for me. Everything was transparent from the beginning. I got home gave Ruby some of the wet food and to say she loves it is an understatement. She has been purring for the last 15 minutes after eating the whole bowl full. I love coming into pets corner Chineham as I feel you are really looked after. I won’t go anywhere else now for my pet needs. Thank you so much!

I can't recommend this store enough. Kat and Kacy are a complete asset to the team.they are highly knowledgeable and
show 100% care, passion and commitment towards there customers and the needs of all animals. Rocky (my 15 month old) malinois mix is thriving due to the expert advice I've received from these two girls. He's super fit, intelligent and just amazing. Thank you. 🐕 🐶

Pets Corner is a great place to bring your puppy for puppy hour. I've taken both of my older labs there together, and now my new pup. He was very nervous and shy, but the staff have been great! He's now too old to go, but the staff have told me to still bring him in at that time to help with his confidence, and they have spent some time with him and me working on this. They have also recommended treats and chews for my pup and dogs, my labs love them! The staffing team are very friendly and remembered my little Ted and welcomed him every time. Highly recommended.

I have always had an amazing shopping experience with Chineham Basingstokes pets corner the girls are very knowledgeable and has helped me with all my animals needs which in turn makes my animals not just healthy but happy too.

Although Basingstoke is my main store I do go into Salisbury and Andover and have to say each time I go in I come thinking wow! What great customer service. You don’t get it much nowadays. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me choose the right coat for one of my dogs. Helped with what food to feed them and I got all their tags from there . Highly recommend pets corner over other pet stores.

I could not recommend the team in Basingstoke higher! They are so knowledgeable, kind and genuinely interested in you getting the right foods and toys our dog. My daughter, dog and I had a very enjoyable visit today. Thank you

We have adopted a cat through the RSPCA. So we visited Pets Corner to get a few things prior to her arrival. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We really appreciated the help given as we have not had a pet before.

Really lovely and helpful team - my frenchie has lots of allergies and they were able to help me find new food options for him. He is now on food recommended by them and his allergies have gone away! Amazing that you can return dried food if not liked by your pet too! Thank you so much!

I often visit the Chineham branch who always provide a professional and friendly service. The staff have a good general knowledge of their stock and are able to offer good advice. The selection and variety of ‘goodies’ is always great so I always spend more than I intended - to the delight of my cocker spaniel. I have also visited the Winnersh branch and have received the same standard of service and selection of items.

I happened to drop in during a quieter part of the day to kit out my puppy with collar, tag, harness and raincoat. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful - going above and beyond in terms of the raincoat which they arranged to be picked up by a staff member and brought to the store for my collection. A very pleasant and productive visit. Would recommend!

I visit pets corner chineham twice a month and look forward to meeting the staff there especially kacey and kat always ask how my pet is and both have so much knowledge of animals it amazes me , some pet shops just serve and if I ask anything their reply is erm dont know.
I go out my way to go there as always a smile and advice as my dog boo boo was ill once and kat offered me the beef broth to get him up and running again, .
Both girls there are a asset to this company , strongly recommend.10/10

I visited the Basingstoke branch recently and spoke with Katherine who was wonderful and so so helpful. She advised me on everything I might need for my new puppy and answered all my questions. She was great and helped me with everything I needed and more!

A lovely member of staff called Kacey who I have seen a few times in there was so helpful when needing help with information for my parents tortoise. Highly recommend the team x

We had yet another wonderful epxerience at the store. It never ceases to amaze me how helpful, professional and knowledgeable the staff are at this branch. On this occassion both Kacey & Kat spent an inordinate amount of time with us answering our plethora of questions that we had regarding our new puppy addition to our family.
They both went out of their way to help and guide us around the questions that we had, and they were equally helpful to everyone in the store equally and are a great testament to the team as a whole.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped us fit up our puppy maltipoo with a new harness and collar. Elizabeth was really lovely and we couldn't be happier with our purchases. Will be back for puppy hour on Saturdays and for bigger accessories as our puppy grows. Thanks
