One Stop

Now that the old (not in age ) manager is back, I am sure this shop will go back to how it was, I have been popping in there every day for the last 10 year and it’s only in the last 2 years it went to pot, brilliant news that we have a reliable and conscious manager back.

I am giving 5 star to the one stop shop in Sark Way Basingstoke because of one member of staff. He is a young man named Cameron. He is very polite and very helpful. It s a pleasure to be served by him. People are very quick to complain but nothing is ever said when things are right. He deserves to have some recognition for his excellent attitude.

Convenient, small shop, it has all of the essential stuff in.

Great service and staff team

I like using this store because of the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. If something isn’t in stock they let you know when it will be available again. I always experience great customer service and that’s a dying art nowadays.

The shop itself is very small think they should make it like the one over at popley 1 also well laid out as you can get mobility scooter round asi live on popley2 my husband has mobility scooter and cannot walk cannot go to our shop.There is one member of staff that is always miserable and rude its not only me thats noticed,i have worked in shops for 35years and would have been trouble

Once again, the shop is shut. This has only happened since the new manager took over (who is also very rude and abrupt).

The only good point about the shop is a young man called Cameron who works there. Always polite, great with kids.

Unfortunately that is where the good points end. Overpriced, understaffed (because everyone walked out when the new manager took over) and lacking management who cares about the shop and community (the previous manager was fantastic).

need to be sacked I been in 3 times in the last week .and they have been shouting their personal Affairs off on the shop floor No consideration for customers what so ever .and Very unprofessional .. and don't know how They have been hired.. I will be contacting the duty manager about this Disgraceful.

This shop is useless it's an absolute joke so over priced barley has any milk in store daily whenever we go up there they hardly have anything in we need my daughters just gone up there its 1.00 pm on a Sunday and it's shut Its a useless shop sick of them never having stock in . I can't wait to move back to southam I miss the Co op so much it was always open always had stock in.. Just hate this one stop so much

One stop being shut is inconvenient, supposedly its a convenience well not so much
