Staff are always helpful and friendly. Always seems to be a good vibe in the shop amongst staff and always doing something to promote sales. Very well organized shop. They do well considering the customers they get to keep a smile on there faces all day.

Great customer service today (30/12/22 4.30pm)
My husband called to see if they had an Aston Villa annual in stock. Spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed they did and she agreed to keep it behind the till for me to collect. I got there about 20 minutes later and collected the annual from the polite man behind the time. Thank you team for being so helpful!

Staff at this particular branch of the Works I have always found are really friendly, very helpful all of the time and there is generally a very happy atmosphere whenever I go into the shop, which is quite often.
