Had an issue that was nothing to do with M&S but spoke to store manager (Matt L) and he couldn't have been more helpful. It was very much appreciated. 5 star service!

Can always rely on M&S for a lovely dinner after an extra busy day. My logic this evening was a healthy dinner & several sweet treats!! Knew I shdn't go to bakery part after skipped lunch but willpower low where sugar concerned. Back to moderation tomorrow. Thanks M&S Hertford.

Lovely staff, asked a young boy today, quite tall, dark short hair, to help me because i could not find something. He took me to product, very helpfull indeed. I think his name was Fred. Thank you.

A little on the small side but its Hertford afterall! Simply food outlet with the quality you expect from an M&S Food Hall. Keep up the good work!

Good choice of quality food. Love the cheese and bread section. Ready made pizzas and pasta are also very nice.

I would like to thank one off your staff who on Sunday the 7th off Oct took my large food order on a trolley across the road to my car as the car park was full up she was a credit to your company and the food was 1st class

About Hertford
Town in England

Hertford is the county town of Hertfordshire, England, and is also a civil parish in the East Hertfordshire district of the county. The parish had a population of 26,783 at the 2011 census. The town grew around a ford on the River Lea, near its confluences with the rivers Mimram, Beane, and Rib. The Lea is navigable from the Thames up to Hertford. Fortified settlements were established on each side of the ford at Hertford in 913 AD. The county of Hertfordshire was established at a similar time, being named after and administered from Hertford. source
