Customer service was amazing! Friendly and so helpful! Answered all my questions and gave useful info for a first time buyer. Lovely and talkative to put me at ease. Store was laid out clearly and was easy to navigate to find the right combination. The sleep pro gave me valuable insight into my pressure points as to what comfort rating was best.

Visited Benson for beds for a mattress for our daughter. Michael was very helpful and informative. I did not feel pressurised which if I am honest I thought I probably would be from previous experiences with other bed stores. I returned to the store to order a mattress and was glad to see Michael was working. Again he was helpful, knowledgeable and funny as well. The whole experience was fab. Thank you.

Michael approached me and my partner whilst looking for a new bed & mattress and showed amazing customer service which made the whole process of buying so much easier. Mike was excellent he went through the best mattress for our daughrer explaining everything clearly so she understood then helped with best bed for her . The whole experience for her was made totally enjoyable and easy if I could give Mike 10 stars I would 100% would recommend Bensons for beds.

Incredibly helpful sales staff, took the time to show us suggested beds and advise on what may or may not have suited us, but without straying into pushy; were left to discuss and stroll around when we needed to. Store itself has enough of a selection to get an idea what would suit you, makes so much difference to have them out to sit and lie on and compare.

Absolutely amazing experience, both members of staff were so knowledgeable about the products. I only went in to look, but purchased on the day. The delivery was exceptional, two men made light work of putting the divan set together, and removing all the rubbish. Good selection of beds. Excellent help from Ash- really knew his stuff and gave us really helpful information. Knew when to let us just look around, and knew when to step in to see how we were doing.

The sales people we spoke to in both the Banbury and then again in Bicester were helpful and knowledgable. The sales person in Bicester in particular was helpful in us making our decision to buy.

There was a guy named Mike who was very helpful indeed. We were able to walk out of the shop with precisely what we needed.

The salesman was very friendly and personable. He gave us his full time and attention and did not pressure for a sale.
