Always loved this store. This is the second one we've been to, and actually we liked it the most.
Well laid out and excellent merchandise.
Plus good car park!

I was heading to the Range, but it hadn't opened on my arrival so popped into Dunelm. They had what I wanted and on sale too.
A good store to browse.

Nice shop very good access, for wheel chairs, lift to second floor that is a drive in drive out lift also a cafe up stairs toilets also for disabled this shop is on two floors and is ramed with some with some very nice house hold goods every thing you could possibly want for the home.

Lovely shop, has just about everything you may need .Easy to find what may be looking for as well thought out and set out .

Dunelm is a British company founded in 1979.
The Basingstoke branch has a nice selection of products, helpful staff and good prices. Plus it is nice to support local British companies rather than foreign global online brands.

Consistently Excellent Customer Service! Good variety of stock. Reasonable prices. Excellent parking facilities. Nice cafe shop to enjoy your shopping experience. Disabled and non disabled toilets. There is a lift. Open during the week until 9pm!!

Great choice of soft furnishings and curtains

Really pleasant experience getting my new lace curtains cut to measure today. Lovely helpful and polite young lad served me, and he was really nervous as he was still learning some aspects of his role, but hopefully my calm Northern demeanour put him at ease.

Love Dunelm, loads of really good house decor. Click and collect is great so you know items are definitely in stock. However walking around and seeing the products in person you see that the quality is high and all at a reasonable price. They have fantastic lighting and duvet sets. Staff always seem polite and helpful. And there's a cafe upstairs too.

Love this store for a brilliant mix of budget and higher end stock - something for every pocket.

I was a bit concerned when my curtains did not arrive on the date the web site told me. I called and talked to Nathan and he assured me that my business was very important and he looked into it promptly. He confirmed that my order was in transit and like magic, the next day, the curtains arrived. Thanks for the excellent service. :)
