Always helpful .never too much when asking for help.well set out store. Didn't see a sign tho on what was upstairs.
Maybe I missed it . Would recommend to all crofters

I placed an order for a machine and accessories on 7th August for click and collect within the hour, but this was late at night. I didn’t receive an email the next day around 11am saying that it was confirmed, so just to double check, I gave them a call and I regret not catching the Lady’s name because she was amazing. She informed me that there was a delay because one of the items I ordered was out of stock at that store, she offered to chase up a potential delivery from another store and eventually we decided to go the route of a refund and then I’d buy when in stock. I then received my email saying the order was ready to collect.

I turned up to the store and when I got to the checkout to collect, another woman behind the counter had my order ready, and she also had a very similar replacement item that I might have liked. Issued my refund straight away, very friendly experience and also issued a discount for good will. 10/10.

I have recently attended a childs craft session with hobby craft, I can not tell you how much value for money it was. I thought 30 mins, you can't do much but our son made a clay bee and clay caterpillar sitting in a leaf. The lady running the session is brilliant with instructing the kids and them completing the task.
Great job, we are looking for another session to get booked on now. Thank you

Lovely young lady named Nat was demonstrating the watercolour pens, my niece could of stayed and watched all day, she was knowledgeable, friendly and made it fun, even let her have a go, thank you so much, she can not wait to use her new pens 😀

All equipment and supplies for all hobby enthusiasts. I was blown away by how much stuff they had. I was drawn to the model kit section which took me right back to my childhood with the tanks and planes. Bought some crafts for the girls to do as we had a free afternoon. Great shop indeed.

I could go bankrupt if I shopped here regularly. I love craft shops, this has everything you could need for your crafty delights. I took my five year old granddaughter for the first time and she was enthralled by everything in there and wanted most of what she spied🙄. Great shop, wide variety and the staff are always pleasant, polite and helpful. Loads of parking and as it's located on a retail park plenty of other shops and eateries.👍

extremely weird one but i've just been served by the loveliest lady ever - i didn't grab her name unfortunately but she has these funky coloured glasses and an item of clothing (think it was a tshirt) that she made herself!! she was extremely lovely and even from the smallest interaction i could tell she is such a pure and kind lady😭

Horrendous smell of rotten eggs at the entrance, apparently due to the drains according to staff. Dealt with immediately by lovely chatty staff when I went to collect an order, who then carried a large box to my car.

Came in earlier today for a few bits and was served on the till by a lovely young lady called Kerry (i believe) Her service was incredible …. Really personable and friendly, she should be absolutely recognised as she gave everyone she served amazing service ….. Thank you Kerry x

Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Good bargains to be had. Amazing variety of crafts.

Popped in for some adhesive spray and fabric chalk. Staff helpful and directed me to where to find it.

Great store, loads of choice of stock... short on staff to help and had to hunt them down despite having mobility problems however when I managed to find staff they were really lovely ladies and really helpful ...
I will be going there again and would recommend this store to everyone

A great store for all your crafting needs. I mostly get threads for cross stitch or wool for knitting, but they have a massive selection of arts and craft materials and projects for all ages and abilities.

Very helpful staff, manager on duty helped me collate materials needed for a cosplay I am putting together.

The best shop around. All I do are the plastic models , but you can really buy anything here 👍.

Right, this shop is full of stuff but you know you only went in for one thing to see if they stocked it - and they did. You just now have a bag full of stuff and a thousand ideas running around in ya head of things that you think would look great in your home. Great staff. Great knowledge

Ten people and we had nine different meals, all were severd hot and all were enjoyed by everyone, a nice break between courses helped the evening go well, great service and what a great chef, can highly recommend .

I spoke to some amazing people here who really helped me out, showed me that customer service was still a thing spoke to someone on the tills and stood chatting for about 10 minutes (it was quiet) about crafts and spoke to someone else on the phone who was amazing too!
