Offering a bad Collect + service. First time I tried to send a parcel the machine wasn't working, and then today at lunch time they weren't accepting parcels as they were too 'backed up'. What was most annoying is how unapologetic the assistant was. No understanding what so ever of how annoying it is to take a trip out of your busy day, if they are going to offer a courier service they need to take it a bit more seriously.

Today my partner was completely ignored. No change of opening hours on your doors yet advertised on your shop and online that u should be open at 6am. So please why was your employee standing in the shop ignoring my partner at the door but he knew he was there. at 6.25am this morning when you advertise that your open. All it wud of took was him to let him no not make him stand there waiting.
