I'm not an equestrian type person but I still love going there for outdoor wear and supplies for my pets.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and as this is a family business they are invested in it. I prefer to give my money to independents.

I emailed in advance to make sure they had what I needed and they made sure to have it in for me - very good customer service

Shop here all the time. There has never been a time they have not had in stock what I needed. I keep horses pigs and sheep and always have what's needed.

Good selection on electric fencing equipment.

All staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very good selection of clothing and boots.

Massive choice of horse rugs.

A good selection of buckets for all needs.

Although they are very slightly more expensive than mole they do offer free delivery.

I love this store. Staff and friendly and helpful and they have a massive range of equestrian products - almost everything you would need in stock. Always willing to order for you if they haven't got what you need. Great range or cat, dog and poultry products too.

Fab choice of everything equine, staff always happy to help. Free local delivery which is such a good help. Normally have even hay ready to go should you need it. Cafe on site open during indoor shows. Great deals during sale time. Ample parking. Also run a loyalty card giving you a fiver off, very helpful.

This shop is my go to place for everything horsey. ( Feed, clothing, rugs , buckets ( I love a nice new bucket) the staff are amazing, helpful friendly and the best bit they know what they are talking about.
I can't think of a time I have been over and they haven't got what I need. On the off chance they haven't got something stocked they will order it for you... No hassle at all.
They also sell other pet products but I don't know much about what they sell in that department because I have no need to go into that part of the shop.

Found out about Gillett Cook from their incredible social media activity. Went today for the first time, and it was everything I could imagine 😍 didn't know where to start! It was great, such a wide variety of products, cheaper than other equine stores too. Customer service was brilliant too! Nothing was too much, and we asked a lot of questions!!

Gillett Cook had everything we needed under one roof. The staff were the most helpful that I have so far encountered. We are new to the world of horses and riding and have been condescended to quite shamelessly by other stores. I will not be shopping anywhere else. I could not recommend the store more highly.

A great place for equestrian needs from rugs to feed to riding gear for horse and rider and much more. I bought horse MSM supplement, mane and tail spray, water and feed buckets and a lead rope all of which are good quality at a reasonable price. Also they sell dog feed leads collars etc again good quality. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has a horse or dog I love this shop.

Really good shop with a variety of products from budget to luxury. Knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help wether it is hat fitting or basic advice.

Brilliant place. Loads of choice for pet supplies dog car horse etc. Feed and tack leads buckets supplements etc. They also deliver free which is a big bonus
