O2 Shop Warrington

Visited this store shortly before Christmas to buy my partner the new Samsung 23 fe and was over the mood with the service from the staff. I was in a hurry and had to return to my partner shortly without her knowing what I had bought her. I explained I didn't want a contract and just wanted to but the phone outright in a hurry . Service was quick and to the point whilst still being informative .

Thank you to the O2 lady at Warrington (~11:00 on Monday 21st Aug) who helped me with my query about migrating my current phone number to my new account. She told me I would have to ring customer service and gave me specific instructions in what to request. All sorted now. Much appreciated.

Really helpful staff. My daughter had had her phone stolen and they gave her sound advice on disabling her SIM and phone.

Went into the shop today, I was spoken too straight away, Jake was very professional above and beyond helpful, he sorted out my new phone, transferred everything across from my old phone. I would highly recommend this shop and all its staff. Thank you so much ☺

We visited the Warrington o2 shop yesterday to replace my old Samsung smart phone , we were greeted by James who was very professional with his manner .
He sorted me out with a new smart phone and transferred all the original date across to my new purchase , this was all done with a smile and a professional approach and could not do enough to help me get things as sorted on the new phone as I am not phone savvy !!
I highly recommend James from the Warrington branch of o2 if you require a phone upgrade

Very helpful assistant sort contract out for mobile

10/10 service from James in store. Went in to look at iphones and ending up upgrading and up sorting The Volt Double Data deal with Virgin Media. Super happy customer here :)

Needed some help with my new SIM. The manager was a bit abrupt, but the lady she directed me to was lovely and got everything sorted.

Very busy signed in and went for a coffee went back and we were dealt with a very pleasant young lady called Kerry she sorted out my friends phone sim card and transferred all of my friends information to her new phone. Kerry made the whole experience really easy for her, 02 staff highley recommend

Went into the shop with my Mum who can sometimes struggle with her phone. We spoke to Callum who was so patient, took time to listen to her and explained everything so well. We need more Callums in this world. ❤

I have bought a new HTC phone from the Warrington store. This was a most efficient and quick service. Jackie, the representative was helpful and exceedingly well versed in the details of the phone. I highly recommend this shop to all.

Very helpful, presented lots of options and were clear on prices and accessories suitable for different phones.
