I purchased my icandy from Baby Pages over 2 years ago and this summer had a problem with the hood and seat. The shop went above and beyond (and even found me on Facebook to get in contact) to get the new seat and hood in for me.
I’ve also just purchased from them, the most amazing quality drawers and wardrobe for my babies nursery in the sale!
They are friendly, knowledgeable, have great stock and I would 100% recommend.

We bought our pram, pushchair and car seat from Baby Pages. Colleen was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our choice.

We have recently had an issue with our pram chassis, and they were brilliant with arranging a loan chassis whilst ours was repaired under the warranty.

We bought our buggy system from Baby Pages in early 2020. The staff were very friendly and helpful, showing us around the product we were planning on buying without trying to upsell. The showroom is over two floors and is packed like an Aladdin’s cave with everything you could need both inside the house and out when preparing for your new arrival.
I’ve written this review however based on the fact that when the harness buckle button on the buggy broke recently, they were absolute superstars, contacting the manufacturer on our behalf and getting replacements in for us in no time, despite our concerns that we hadn’t got around to registering it for the warranty.

A wonderful shop with a wide range of baby goods. The staff were fantastic and helped us with everything we needed from cots to pushchairs to baby baths. Would highly recommend .

The shop is like a Tardis, inside it has multiple rooms with lots of nooks to explore. The staff are incredibly helpful, and allow you to order with a £50 deposit (other shops want 50%), they were also the cheapest shop out of many we visited across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex and also offered free next day delivery on our order once it arrived. Definitely recommend visiting and buying from Baby Pages!

Visited Baby Pages on Monday after a recommendation from a friend. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Very knowledgable staff, superb range of travel systems and car seats - we had the place to ourselves for nearly two hours. They showed us the features and then left us to play and compare. They put together an Egg2 package with the Cybex Cloud Z at an unbeatable price. Will recommend Baby Pages to all our friends and family.

We bought our whole travel system from here and we are absolutely over the moon with it. The customer service, help and everything was amazing! Everything from start to finish was made such a breeze and we found ourselves getting a much better deal here than at any other retailer! Thank you so much x

Visited Baby Pages and was just amazed at how much this shop had to offer!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable advice. Came away with a lovely new furniture set, which i got a good deal on, bedding items and a lot more knowledgeable on pushchairs etc!

Called into the shop at 2pm and bought a cot bed for our grandson. Excellent service and price. Delivered to our house before 4pm that day! Fantastic!
