When I arrived at toolstation I was greeted by liv who was amazingly helpful, as I was unsure which type of paint I needed for my bathroom. Not knowing what I needed she stayed with me until I was satisfied with the paint she had selected. My experience here was great and I'm very happy to say that I'll be returning more in the future. A lady called Kayleigh was so friendly and greeted me with a smile. When I left she also told to have a great day and to stay safe which is a lovely thing to hear from strangers. Wonderful staff and great atmosphere.

Just called in today to the Solihull branch following placing my order on click and collect..
it was a great shopping experience from how easy it was to placing my order to receiving my text to say my items were ready for pick up.
It was also very well organised considering the social distancing.
Beats all the competition. Hands down and great on price too. Big thanks to all the friendly staff.

Fantastic service on my visit. Quick and efficient! Had a few questions in terms of measurements and fittings and Stacey was able to answer the queries and direct me to the correct item needed!

Visited the store during the lock down for covid 19 and it was still open for collections of online orders with social distancing measures in place. Great help from the staff especially 'Cory' who helped me to change an incorrectly ordered item that I had just come to pick up. Great service and great prices. Top work Toolstation! Full Marks to these guys, i'm there almost every week collecting various supplies and consistently this young team are very helpful, quick and efficient, treat customers really well, always offer to take heavy items to my car. Wickes could learn a lot from these guys.

Had a smashing time at tool station today, plenty of tools. This jolly good fellow by the name of Micheal served me (smashing bloke i must add). He knows what a man wants. The team would go above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I must say, i shall be visiting these lovely bunch of chaps again. Even when i said i would “two foot the lot of them”, they stayed professional and friendly.

Visited the store today for a click and collect was very happy with the service quick and easy. Friendly staff and covid measures were in place well monitored.

Rarely ever go to toolstation but as the store was near by the job I was working on I decided to give it a go, The customer service I got from Mike was exceptional quick easy and got what I needed! Very caring staff all round I will definitely use this store when working nearby
