Very large well laid out store. Clean and tidy. Large range of products. Toilets and cafe available.

Our car broke down in this car park and although an rac van was there they refused to help us. Thankfully the lovely Paul Ramsey at the petrol station was more than happy to help us out with his own charger. He’s an everyday hero!

I was filling up with petrol, when an assistant who I now know is Paul R. came out of the forecourt shop and told me there was petrol leaking out as I was filling. He used his phone to look under the car and took pictures. He showed me them and told me it was a clip around the fuel pipe that was loose. Paul then went back into the shop and returned with a screwdriver. He got down on the ground under my car and a minute later reappeared and announced "that's it no more leak". I was blown away by Paul's kindness and his customer service. Thank you Paul. You went above and beyond.

Has everything you need from a supermarket. Including helpful staff and an electric charger all be it the slowest possible car charger .

Easy to shop always parking has a great cafe and the produce and items sold in the store vary from own brands to big brands with great prices and deals. The customer service is great and the staff are really helpful. It's also a clean store

The male member of staff on shop floor this evening was amazing. He kindly authorised my purchase of Xerox copier paper to match that of the online price to save me another trip in to town.
I personally think that's great customer service :D

I was never a fan of Tesco, but over the years I have found their produce really better than most others when I have to use someone else and compare. It also seems better value overall on price. OK they don't always get it right with the fresh produce, as I found their own cheaper (not economy) farm brands to be really bad tasting and poor quality more often than not. Staff are really friendly and they are in the main easy to deal with. The store has a really big range of goods. The bakers is not as good as it could be as the dough seems always undercooked inside for me and too heavy. Fish and meat counters are good and some staff know (and have take the time) to understand their produce.

This place so reminded me of the souks of Morocco, the fresh spices, colourful slippers and wonderful carpet sellers. The only off-putting thing was the carcass of a whale unhelpfully blocking the majority of the chilled dairy aisle. I would question if this was sanitary?

Great place to shop

I visited the Mobile shop yesterday to upgrade my phone. I received amazing service from James and Leon who both went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything. Many thanks

Gluten free focused comment : dedicated corner is a little bit hidden, backyard on the left corner. But furnished with a lot of choices of cakes, mostly very sugary or fat. I found more healthy snacks without gluten in the cereals section.

It's big enough to deal with the majority of the shopping, there is a clothes part and cafe. Outside you've got a key place, pharmacy, subways and even a travel agents. Also situated with other larger outlets to make journey worthwhile

Friendly and helpful cashiers. I was shopping here the other day when my little 7 week old got rather distressed. A very kind Tesco lady helped unpack and load my shopping. Very much appreciated.

Great local market with everything you would need

Great supermarket, has a good selection of groceries including beers and wines etc. Ample parking and a connecting petrol station. Ideal for the weekly shop or just to pick up odd items

I have shopped there for over 20years and have found the food there Excellent as is the service, try home delivery, again the service is very good, being disabled now its a great help and the driver is always helpful and l know what they stock and what I like.
