I came into store the other day , I was unsure what products to choose from. I was approached by a pretty petite blonde woman with flawless make up asking if I “needed any assistance” she showed me some of her “favourite” products and told me what promotions were on offer and even helped me swatch some testers and explained how to use the products, as this was my first time purchasing high end make up I was nervous and she didn’t make me feel judged and explained what brands she’d recommend, the women then asked if there was anything more she could help with , I asked where the nike store was as I’m not familiar with the area, she explained and gave me directions , she then went on to serve me at the till, I believe her name was Molly , she was really polite and helpful and went above and beyond for me. I am so very grateful for the service provided and will be back.

Prices are cheap compared to other stores

I like shopping in this store. Lots of good stuff with much discounted price. Some times with Beciester Village discounted VIP card , could find even better deals. Much better price than airport duty tax free. I go to there every 2 months. I just love this shop!

Good choice of products, really good prices. Very friendly service. I've managed to find everything I was looking for. Good choice of brands. It's good to browse on their website before visiting as this will allow you to know what to expect. Begging of month is always better to visit as there is bigger choice of products. Can be very busy during rush hours.

This store is part of the Bicester village stores. It has a lot of Clinique products and some MAC products. It is a good place for perfumes, make ups and some skin care products. The prices are not extortionate considering they stock designers products. Prices are quite affordable to be honest. Staff are always eager to help you find the right products for you without forcing you to buy anything. Despite all the help they render, they don't feel offended if you turn around and say you don't feel like buying anything after all. They just wish you well and say to come again if you change your mind. It is one of my favourites store to shop at BV.

This place always has up to date cosmetics and skincare not just stuff that has been discontinued. Has had a recent refit which is lovely but the big difference is the staff. Used to be a bunch of stroppy sulky teenagers but now has a lovely bunch of girls who are kind alert helpful and charming. They brought to my attention that there was a better buy in smash box primer than the one I chose for less money! I bought some lovely current Estee Lauder too (RRP £45 for £32) But they had time to chat to my elderly mother too. Great store and one not to miss in Bicester Village esp as they now have discounted Jo Malone. Recommended!

It was a great place to look around in although very expensive such as £14.00 for ordinary mascara.
