Can I just say the customer service from Alan and Susan are outstanding. Alan has gone above and beyond to help me out receiving a parcel with a wrong delivery code. They rang the company plus times went out of their way to help me receive it by my deadline. They kept my parcel safe for me until at last I received today.

Just had Pizza, chicken tenders and tater tots. Delicious!

Pizza is proper hand made pizza with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Easily the best takeaway pizza I’ve had in a long time. My new favourite place :D

Staff were lovely and greeted with a lovely smile and welcoming.

Can’t fault anything. I’ll be back again soon. Thank you :D

Great local family based shop....still some shelves to be filled but looking like a cracking local convenience.
Chicken, nachos, pizza and homemade ice cream....what more could you want

This is great, I recently got a bag of cookies, three bags of blur strip things, a tin of mandarins and an 8 pack of coke for about £5. Now to the downside on the outside there was a sign that spelled nachos like natchos also I think it would be good with a less enclosed space, signs and staff to help you find things, someone items have no price tags like in the freezer part but otherwise, it's a really good shop.

Shops gone massively down hill recently! No longer a convenience store but seems to be more focused on waffles and pizza! The rest of the shelves are empty.. never have anything I used to often buy in there so pretty disappointing! If I wanted a pizza or waffle I'd go to a pizza or dessert shop!

Was forced to buy something I didn't want. Was out of my budget and I had not damaged the product or comprised it in any way. Money down the drain. Will not be buying from them again. Would not recommend this store. Spent loads of money on fancy fast food machines and forgot the coach staff on customer service! Went home upset and lacking the money I needed to get public transport home, had to borrow of my parents just to get home!! The way they dealt with the situation was appauling. Gave me the object and told me they had to buy it then laughed at me at the counter when I had to purchase the item to leave! Please coach your staff on proper customer service and not force people to buy stuff!!! Consider this before buying from them. If I could give this store 0 star and still give a review I would, but I cant so 1.
