Friendly, helpful staff, nice shop.

Staff always pleasant and helpful. I couldn't find something so I asked at the checkout in case I had just missed it (semi-skimmed UHT milk), and the nice lady went all the way to get exactly what I needed) 10/10 excellent customer service.

Great staff overall. I've been shopping in this tesco since it first opened its doors and I was only a kid, I know most members of staff. They're awesome and couldn't imagine the shop without them. Even when there's been a problem it's resolved quickly. I see tescos in general as just another shop but the staff in this place are the greatest thing about this shop

The five stars are for the lovely staff...they are so helpful, and go out of their way to help if I ring up to check if a product is in store. They are very friendly, as are the security guards.

Though the new layout threw me at first, it's fairly easy to navigate, is well presented and the staff are always friendly
