Very friendly & helpful customer service , went in to have keys cut , done in minutes, and very competitive price at £3.95 , compared to others , such as Timpson's who charge £9 per key cut!! Definately recommend 👍

We as a local business often use Browns for items our customers want that we don't stock. Dan is the man.. always happy to help, very knowledgeable, top class service and more than happy that we're supporting another local business. Great team!

Helpful staff, pleasant demeanour. Will order things in if not in stock. Prices competitive with the likes of B&Q. Stocks some items and products that bigger shops don't. Less wastage as they stock smaller tins or packets of things or paint than big DIY stores. Good range. An asset to the town.

Thank you for all your care over the years. The wooden chair in the shop is much appreciated too, as is the welcome for the well- behaved dog companion. The new garden table bought today is very smart and in position. The old one is off to the tip tomorrow it's so beyond any prayers!

A step back to great choice. We wanted a mop, brush, shovel etc made from wood, metal and no plastic. They sorted us out with everything we needed, at really reasonable prices.

What a wonderful company .I had forgotten how nice and helpful people could be.
every thing in stock you need and at the right prices and free helpful advice.
I will not hesitate to reccomend this company , I painted my kitchen in the new chalk paint it looks super It went from a drab brown to a modern cream.

I live in Worcester and usually call into Browns hardware store when visiting Pershore. A couple of weeks ago I had the misfortune to have a quality sprayer malfunction l had bought from there. It was just out of guarantee but had only used a few times. I was not optimistic they would replace it. The staff could not have been more helpful.l decided to have a different make of sprayer which was slightly cheaper. They also gave me back the difference in price! Good old-fashioned service.l will be using them again. Barry Jones.

Great local hardware shop and friendly service with excellent staff.

This is my go-to place. They have not let me down yet - who needs the internet when we have such a wonderful local resource! They are knowledgable, helpful and downright old-fashioned - in the best way possible. We are so lucky to still have a shop like this, long may it prosper.
