I've been here a few times when I've been with my daughter The staff are polite and helpful I would recommend it to all

Im not sure which lady i spoke to, but within 5 minutes of explaining about a faulty item and how i was treat at the Middlesborough sainsburys location, she not only booked a collection for the faulty item but also issued the refund.
Not to mention she was very kind and understanding throughout the phone call.

If you are going to use Argos's services, i highly advise using this location over the middlesbrough sainsburys one as the staff at this location actually help you and speak to you like another human.

The staff are so helpful and friendly, honestly could not fault them at all, had the wrong printer ink and they all managed to help us find the right ink and which argos it was to collect from. They all had a great attitude and helped us out till the very end 😄😄😄

Not actually allowed in the store I believe it catered for online orders which mine was, received mine in under 2 mins, very organised

Friendly staff, easy to reserve items, easy to find items with the computer things, open till 6pm which is a very dark time now.
