Good as a convenience store. Very useless for their parcel stuff-at least for me. Could just be a line off experience for me.

Been coming here for years, for parcels and other things. Crudely written sign on the front door this afternoon that ‘parcels only 9am-2pm’ Monday - Saturday and all day Sundays.

Question, how does this work? How can anyone with normal working hours in the week come collect a parcel?

Stupid policy, run by stupid staff- nothing on DPD’s site to suggest this was enforced otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered ‘diverting’ my parcel here. The point of diverting is to make it easier for collection, all this does is makes it harder!

Used them for well over a year for 15+ parcels a week, two ladies there always did their best, however a rude staff member (who I’d never seen before in my life) refused to take the yodel parcels I had - despite there being bareley any at all in store and the courier was due any minute.

You’ve lost My custom entirely!

Was told by the staff they no longer accept UPS packages. Either they are lazy liars or the access point location designation needs to be removed.
