Screwfix West Thurrock

Went in to screwfix to get a dimmer switch and a few bits for the toilet and the staff was patient enough to take us through our various options. Social distancing measures are fully respected here too. Many offers atm

The two people I delt with me was Ray and manager John they were so good. As I lost my receipt and wanted to return want I had bought they sorted it out for me and gave a full refund nothing was to much for them would like to say big thanks you to you both for helping me😄

Friendly staff, bought a hard hat from here and wasn't too expensive.

Great customer service, this is a small shop with a big warehouse format. Not much displayed for to covid. I didn't know what to do but the lovely lady on the till, helped me to order and I was in secs. Highly recommended to everyone, even if it's tailored for tradesmen

It's always a pleasant place to go. Strangely they almost always hand me what I seem to need however, on the odd occasion they make we wait until after lunch the following day. Staff always a pleasure to chat with.

Use then often and have no cause for alarm. If there is a problem a quick word with someone behind the counter and it's resolved. Staff are polite and helpful, and the click and collect works smoothly.
I have nothing to moan about!

Tucked away in the industrial park section by IKEA, there are not many parking spaces. Due to COVID-19 they want people to do click and collect, so make sure you do so before you arrive!
If going by public transport, it's about a 5-10min walk from the bus-stop.
Prices are cheap, and usually plentiful of stock in.
Any issues, and they are happy to replace or refund.
Have always had a good experience there.

Going into screw fix since pandemic is easy as 1 2 3.. Go online, find product(s), order.. Go pick up. Not the busy but always seems to have at least 2 people in queue. Most items are available to collect within an hour or 2.this particular branch has a big warehouse although the shop is average in size..

Friendly, helpful staff on the trades desk. Always greet you with a smile. Was a great help during lockdown having the click & collect, helped keep the trades going. Thank you.

Today 3/4/19 at 8,30 .visited store ,easy parking . Mind was early . There seems to be adequate facility. Had trouble finding right door, but found it within 1 min I was out with my new purchase ,a rechargeable hedge trimmer . Which was ordered via phone day prior. Have used this company for a few years , whilst working ;retired now . But still recieve offers . And this one came through post on sale and a discount voucher of 5 pounds . Brilliant service and called sir , when there . Thanks Mr screwfix.... will be back

It was click and collect only and even though there was about 8 people in front of me, the person outside guided us as to when we could go in and I was in the queue about 5 mins. Good organisation in these strange times.

One of the best suppliers for tradesmen and DIY'ers. Has almost every small to medium item you need. They dont really excell in the bigger bulk items and dont have much thats over say 15kg.

As with all Screwfix stores large selection of all indoor and out door DIY parts, great for tools 🔧 and trades, some great deals on bits and pieces, plumbing, fixings, pretty much anything,
