Went to use the post office today. It is located upstairs. Very friendly staff on the counters. They also have self service checkouts and post box for letters and parcels. WH Smith has a lot of great items also.

If it wasn't for a young man working on the cash desk, I think I would still be in the queue now. The bar code on the product I was buying wasn't scanning, even with my glasses on I couldn't read the small print. He kindly read out the code whilst serving other customer.

All you need under one roof, stationery, reading books etc.
The staff on the first floor always very polite and helpful.
