Always has everything I want and the staff are lovely and helpful.

Tescos is a great store, in Bulwell, have, my groceries delivered, if possible if am at Bulwell, love to call and look at what tescos have, clothes, shoes, hand bags are so lovely prices too are good, groceries ,flowers ,cards, books papers in fact everything anyone could need and a cafe too.. staff are so very kind knowledgeable and helpful.

Large store, with covered parking area, elevators near each entrance, grab a trolley before going up, as there are none upstairs, foot access is via either stairs or the rolling escalator flat type that locks trolleys in place, the store itself is across 2 floors, with clothes and household on the top floor with groceries etc below including a pharmacy, opticians, sushi bar etc. Don't know why a section has been closed off, it's been that way for ages.

Popular store offering all the the the products that you would expect together with a very high level of customer services also the staff are particularly pleasant and helpful too

Having placed my pound coin in the slot for the last small trolley in the car park, I then realised that it was chained securely to the metal poles that make up the trolley pens. With my pound in the mechanism I was unable to recover it and I had no trolley either. Feeling rather embarrassed for not spotting this beforehand I entered the store to seek help. I spoke to a lady who I took to be the duty manager who was very pleasant and directed me to member of staff named Mel. Mel knew where the gadget was for recovering pound coins in such circumstances and I was soon reunited with my coin.
Thanks again to Mel and her duty manager for their cheerful and helpful attitude. Both a credit to Tesco customer service

Visited Tesco extra Bulwell on the 23rd. Very busy, everyone everywhere…
I only went in for some pens (which unfortunately we’re not on the shelves). However I asked two girls (from make up, I think it was Jess and B…) if they could assist me. These women, went above and beyond, I was waiting around 45mins-but not a bad thing, as they came to update me on the ‘pen-gate’ situation regularly.
They even went to find the delivery of pens bless them.
Can’t thank those girls enough. Also sent me in the right direction to get my posca pens for my daughter.

Amazing pharmacist!! I didn't get his name however he was the pharmacist working on 7th august 2021 at 8 pm. He said he was there until 10 pm. He was so helpful and made me feel so much better about my situation. i had rang up about a worrying situation on my lips and he gave me so much advice and showed that he really cared and was determined to help. He had amazing customer service skills and went above and beyond. I hope this will get passed on to him !! I wish everyone could have the service he provides so helpful caring and considerate! and best of all he made me feel at ease and made my worries go away. thank you so much .

First time I have ever been here, I used the petrol station. The fuel price was very competitive and I had a 10p per litre money off voucher. Which I forgot to give before paying, but the staff were excellent and managed to sort this out for me.
So excellent service in my book thank you.
I would happily use them again.

Loving the firepit brioche hot dog roll +buns. Sarah Davies goes above +beyond to help customers. Disabled , screaming kids, she's always there with her calm work ethic . Thank u tesco i love shopping at yr store NO COMPLAINTS!!!

Nice friendly staff store products set out well organised collected my club card points. Also received some plastic chips to place in clear container for bringing my own bags. To give you an idea of the amount of plastics saved through customers as a collective visual level good idea.

We had fish, chips and mushy pea's. This is the nicest fish, Chip's and mushy pea's I have had in many years. It reminds me of the way I used to have when I was a young lady back on the 70's. Well done. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Place was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Shame I don't live near the place. If you want good none greasy food then this is the place to go to.

Iam really like shopping at Tesco lots of choices and great deals on my club card plus you earn points and price's don't go up every week like most supermarkets aka Aldi plus the staff are friendly and helpful professional and don't stand around talking on headsets plus they're always willing to fill your bags overall in my eyes they're the best supermarket in bulwell Nottingham plus the toilets are always clean and tidy and the cafeteria is a warm friendly place too take a break from shopping.

Great selection of products .Very big selection of fresh, quality grocery and great choice of clothes; spacious building, disinfection stations available everywhere. Very polite and friendly staff. One of my favorite grocery shops

Tesco is Tesco. Single floor with all the parking needed and a lovely café, staff are lovely only thing I wish for is that it was 24 hours but not the stores fault

I shop every week at Tesco's Bulwell, the staff are absolutely great, nothing too much trouble always a smile and cheery word I really enjoy a banter. Lets be realistic there can be forceful customers who insist they are always right. and others who think staff are robots there to serve nothing more. I do feel so sorry when I hear of negative remarks and comments, Doreen Parker

I often call in on the way home regularly for various things and they have a wide range of products and services there are also a pharmacy as well as opticians as well as phone shop electrical and clothes just about everything you could possibly need the staff here too are really nice and helpful should you need assistance with anything and theverything same can be said for the fuel station plenty of car parking spaces available in general an excellent place to shop and of course a nice cafeteria toilets as well as lifts should your prefer not to use stairs facilities for those who are disabled are also available

Tesco as well as other supermarkets have taken a lot of stick from shoppers in the past tesco during the past year have turned the criticism into positive features they have been a lifeline during the pandemic as my opinion space to get around helpful staff quality products always clean and an in and out system that works tesco as become our favourite place to shop hats off to you Bulwell tesco and staff

Just called into the bulwell store to get some erdimger alcohol free beer. There was several on the shelf and the assistants from the alcohol aisle checked on the store info to see that some more was due in today and proceeded to disapear into the back to check for me. Great customer service and great obliging staff.

Good size Tesco.
Has pharmacy and other great stuff.
Big car park with plenty space for family.
All in all it’s really good.

Very clean store, working at a rival supermarket myself, I choose tesco for the mobile services, being able to speak to a colleague and go through all the options makes it much easier when it comes to committing to something like a contract. Thank you tesco
