Tesco Superstore

Just had a Normal day shopping here and needed some help at the checkout and a staff member called Zoe F assisted me in the checkout. What an absolute breath of fresh air she is!! She has brightened up my day! Excellent customer service skills and calm. It's nice when people talk to you more staff should be like Zoe.
Keep up the good work :)

Convenient for weekly shopping and good cafe facilities

Great shop for loads of good deals.

Petrol station has had a new refit and looks great and very easy to use pumps with options for payment at the pumps or in the shop.

I have tried to get a copy invoice from the garage and made 3 phone calls over 3 weeks to staff who said they would sort it but never did. I luckily spoke to Keira today who I have to say was very helpful and sorted the problem out with in half an hour. Massive shout out to Keira for your customer handling. I hope your manager appreciates what a valuable member of staff you are. Thank you.

This is a great store. We often use the click and collect service and it couldn't be easier. The man operating the click and collect is always so helpful and polite

After a hectic day including bad news, runny mascara, a 300 mile journey, argument with hubby, to find your home in disarray, forced to go to tesco. I bought a game so had to go to customer services only for a lovely young lady to be so nice and polite to me. I couldn't keep my bad mood. Bravo young brunette at customer service! Sorry I didn't get your name.

I was looking for an item and asked a ma who I thought worked for Tesco for directions. It turned out that he was only there to help with the refit. However he was very polite and helful

Plenty of parking and several other retail outlets adjoining Tesco. Decent product range, but store itself is starting to show its age and needs a refit. Staff are very friendly.

Not too busy in the ailes, self service checkout a little busier but only waited a couple minutes to be allotted a till.

Very good a very nice meal in the cafe always helpful staff a good selection of small shops pet Post office Timpsons and three charity shops attached

I don't use Tesco as much as I used to as the rise in prices is now out of my price range 😞
