Dropped in for a dipped headlamp bulb. Got exactly what I wanted confirmed by staff who were very friendly. Good value and faultless

As usual, the Halfords team were very helpful. I find that it’s always worthwhile asking one of the team for advice … I needed a booster seat to go between two large Jolie child seats … solution was a Bubble Bum … thanks team!

Went to look at road bikes, with a view to transitioning from my mountain bike and was given a lot of help and advice by the staff.
Returned a couple of days later, after taking time to decide and do some online research and was given great customer service again, regarding sizing, a small try of a bike, plus more great advice.
Decided to order my bike, to be built at store, which will be ready faster than doing this online only.
Definitely worth a visit to this store, as the staff are all, friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and treat you as customers should be treated.
Also a good selection of stock available.

Richard, you made our day. Heading away on a week long trip to find out our leisure battery wasn't holding charge. Richard sorted us out despite the battery being hard to reach which means we can enjoy our week away. Much appreciated.

Changed the car so had to have a NextBase dashcam. Took advantage of a Black Friday deal and had a new 320XR fitted. Once again installed by Ryan......as always very happy. Tidy job. Always go back to Halfords, Penrith.

First Class service at the Penrith branch. Seen to straight away! Satisfactory outcome with new battery to my car fitted.

Had ordered some 1/4 bore hose to do a running repair to the leak off pipes on our ancient camper van. Collected the pipe, then went to look for some zip ties to discover that they had exact repair kit I needed on display, complete with the seal cap for the last injector which was the part I needed. I returned the hose and bought the kit. 10 minutes later the camper is no longer throwing diesel everywhere. Maybe I was lucky, but I was impressed by the helpful staff and the range of stock available.

Halford Penrith is just brilliant. I always loved their service. They are gentle, polite and really amazing.

Guys here are brilliant. Really friendly and professional. Repaired a stone chip in my windscreen. After 3 inspections by three separate members of staff they agreed to try, but were Frank enough to say that there was more chance of it failing due to size and location of chip. However, Ryan managed to pull off a miracle and saved me a fiver by reminding me at the front desk to sign up to the free Halfords membership before paying. Top blokes, top service, highly recommend 👌

Grateful thanks to the fellow Audi motorist who alerted me that my rear number plate was very loose whilst driving along Drovers Lane in Penrith. I visited Penrith Halfords and was served by Dom who securely and efficiently replaced both my rear and front number plates. Excellent service. Thank you!
