O2 Shop Banbury

I've been in the store multiple times since the start of the year, due to on going issuse with my phone, the staff and management have been amazing and have gone above and beyond to help resolve the issuses.
O2 Customer services could do with spending a week at this store to learn how to look after a customer with a complaint.
The customer service I have received from online and ringing 202 has been appalling and still waiting for a reply to an email complaint I sent 10 weeks ago.
The service I've received in store has been 10/10 and I'm truly thankful to you all for helping where O2 themselves have failed.
Thank you so much, I hope O2 head office read this and learn something from you.

On Thursday 1st February Michelle set up my new iPhone and contract for me and I cannot thank her enough for her patience, kindness and efficiency. She was an enormous help to me.

Amazing service and helpfulness by Michelle today. Talked through all of the options for me, and a first phone for my niece. Explained about different apps and security to keep a young person safe, along with how price caps work. Excellent service! (Thank you!).

Really good experience here upgrading my wife's phone. Very helpful uoung man, fully explained everything, and made it a pleasant and painless experience.

Friendly patient knowledgeable staff and tidy store, well laid out. Really listened to what I needed to know and was after and helped to answer those questions and help solve my issues. Good social distancing with booked appointments to avoid over crowding in store too.

I've done a lap of every provider in Banbury, and these guys are the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in twice recently, once for an upgrade and once to get my family member a pay-as-you-go SIM. You do need to be patient and wait to be served, but that's the case with every phone shop. O2 also gives me the best service in the remote area I live in.

The only issue I would add is with using O2 as a whole. I wanted to amend my billing date and could only do that via phone. They are extremely difficult to get hole of- their web chat is never running and I was waiting for an answer for half hour. Then, after talking to the man to arrange my change in billing date, he explains it can't be done unless I split my bill in half. It was very frustrating and a really time consuming. Not helpful at all. If it wasn't for the great service received in store, the difficulty to contact or make simple changes would definitely put me off using them.

Visited yesterday to speak about updating my phone/contract. I was seen to straight away and had the best options shown to me. Very friendly team and helpful.

Phone died while I was stuck in town popped inside to ask for help turned out battries had gone, had a cheeky charge up and all was fixed. Its good to see good customers service even when not making a purchess. Would definitely look there for a new phone.
