Sarah has a very eclectic sense of humour that some people might not like but when you get to know her she cpuldn't be more helpful if she tried, she went over and above to help someone who was bleeding badly and when i couldn't under stand how to get a parcel returned without a printer she even rang her homevto ask someone there to do it for me!

After going to my local post office to pay money into my account which was all change and bagged correctly they refused to take more than 10 bags which they said was the rule so I found bals and went there, the lady couldnt have been more helpful she took all of my bagged change and put it into my account such a lovely lady would definitely recommend using this shop and will definitely use this shop from now on thank you for the lovely customer service, shiney row post office could learn a thing or 2 from you

The Owners wife needs to go back to school and learn customer service and relations. Her attitude is if you don't buy in this shop, don't bother using either the Post Office or delivery services as she openly refuses to serve you. I will never ever go into this shop again. Avoid at all cost. Pity as the Owner goes the extra mile to make this business work. Just a pity he has a wife whose dealings with the public is determined to ruin his business.

Female owner made my daughter cry when she tried to collect a parcel and I met was met with with abuse when I tried to speak with her about it.

What a strange experience ....

This lady is just plain STUPID - I had a child go in with my daughter who WAS paying for own stuff and SARAH was aggressive in her tone ( which I fully believe ) the child came out to tell me of her unnecessary rude BULLYING behaviour so as a responsible adult I went in I asked my child to leave the store - I explained I didn't appreciate her way of speaking to a young child - she was smug looking about being there for 40 yrs and always been tbe way ( there was no-one outside waiting ) asking people to leave if not buying and only allowed so many in - I said and that's your rules but she WAS BUYING - I told her she should maybe think about her approach in explaining in a fair mannor why she is asking to leave and be mindful as some children may have issues around been confronted in such a way to which her reply was " if they have issues they should wear a badge " I said I why should anyone be labelled like that my reply was well I'm not physic! I could feel my blood boiling so as leaving said no your just clearly stupid- to then be told to go to weight watchers 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 she appears to be very childish to. Parents should urge their children to completely avoid this shop - why should she treat KIDS this way and take their money

If i could give a 0 stars I would, this woman doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Her attitude absolutely stinks, and she is in desperate need of lessons in customer service, manners and decorum.
They provide yodel at this store which i sometimes use drop my parcels off and im always greeted with a cold stare and an abrupt manner. Today when I went in she looked me up and down, gave me the hackiest look ever and told me to unless I'm buying something from her shop I cant drop my parcels off here anymore because SHE is paying for rising costs of running yodel from her store. Unsure how (as a customer using a postal service they choose to provide) this has anything to do with me. Very unprofessional.
I wouldnt give this woman the pleasure of handing a single penny of my money over to her. Not sure how she has any customers. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusting vile owner Sarah, her attitude and manner is deplorable. However Bal the real owner is Fantastic always go out his way to help. Sarah is so rude, nasty and a potty mouth, how she still has her shop or customers is beyond me. Bal will lose so many customers due to her vile above herself attitude.

Premier are a National name. We have many Great stores in our area. However Stickfild is not one.

The lady at the counter is rude and uses inappropriate language and hand gestures to all children and adults alike

Incredibly rude female shop keeper. Live locally but will never ever be returning.
