Great store and excellent products. However the potholes in the council owned approach road are HUGE. Puts you off shopping here.

I love aldi but we don't have one in Malta. The prices and the vegan range are amazing. The only downside is the plastic wrapped veg, but things might have changed since last year

I've been shopping at Aldi for years and love it. The prices are always low. They don't do any offers such as 3 for 2 or buy 1 get 1 free. But that saves me so much time. Quality is on a par with other supermarkets but so much cheaper. It can be chaotic depending on when you shop, but I don't think they ever expected such success in East Grinstead!!

Good but very busy they have installed self checkouts but seems to be making it slower rather than faster and putting more people out of a job not the best in my opinion.

Super fast checkout, it was quiet at 9pm on Saturday night. Checkout staff was very polite and had a small discussion on sports. Items are reasonably priced got everything I was looking for. The weekly deals are good, I always end up buying things I don't need. Cheap fruits it was today, won't hurt having something healthy on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Love it. Always fully stocked shelves. Plenty of choice at very good prices. Great bargains to be had too. Never have time queue very long at the tills, which is very much appreciated. O e small criticism, not enough parking.

Excellent selection of foods: fresh, good quality and prices. The new self-checkout is very useful, reduces queuing times.

I am regular customer at Aldi in East Grinstead, and yes I always think there is not enough till open or something or other thing wrong. But today I went with a friend who wanted a quick stop and I ended up buying too but my cc would not go through and I did not have enough cash to buy what I picked everything in the basket. So I started to take things out to make up for only cash I had. The casher was asking the colleague on next till how to amend, (this has never happened anyway) the next till operater (his name I think is Latif) told the casher he will pay the difference himself. When I refused again, he said it's not a big deal when I refused again to accept he said if that is how I feel as I am regular customer there I can pay him back when I am in next. It was only £3.60 but it is the service I got today I wanted to share.
