Barbour Partner Store, Cirencester

Really great experience purchasing a wax jacket today. The girls in the store are all so lovely and so helpful. Really good customer service. A big thank you to Amelia who went the extra mile to get the jacket I wanted in my size.

I needed my jacket waxing before the weekend and so I dropped it off on the Wednesday and they managed to do it by the Friday. I have attempted re waxing my coat before, but their service is exceptional. The coat looks and feels brand new. Thank you. Cracking service and good workmanship.

I needed two Barbour jackets re-waxed during my vacation. The women in the store were very kind and helpful, and our jackets are being rewaxed as we speak! We came from the US for holiday and brought out jackets with us as the cost and time it takes in the UK compared to the US is much less. Thanks for your help!

The shop is well stocked, the staff are friendly and helpful with good product knowledge. I was very happy with my shopping experience and purchases. Will definitely go there again.

We were there a few weeks ago and there was an error in one of the sizes, we live outside of England and the entire team was super helpful in giving us different options to help us. very kind. I came across this shop whilst visiting the area and discovered that they have a service centre for the re-waxing and repairing of their products. The manager - Amelia was kind enough to be able to have my wax jacket re-proofed within a couple of hours. Great service and great staff. Thank you

After having a bad experience at a nearby similar store I feel it was worthy to give Barbour a 5 star review. It was a breath of fresh air to be greeted warmly before even walking through the door at Barbour. Every member of staff was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and understanding, especially the two ladies that helped me choose a nice hat at the end of the day. The similar store had the same barbour hats for a tad lower price but we bought from the barbour store showing how making people feel welcome and giving good customer service goes a very long way! Other stores take notes!

Excellent service

Went in the store this morning to get my jacket re waxed and was told to take it home and remove a very small amount of dust and then return, absolutely ridiculous!! Definitely won’t return.
