Got served by a lady called Kai (or Kay) - sorry forgot the name. The product was priced accidentally low with a discount, so initially we thought we wouldn't be able to get it or have to get a worse/older version of the product, but she upheld the price of the discount to match the error honourably. Fantastic customer service - thanks again to her. A credit to the airport and the store 👍
