Amazing place to shop. Great Customer Services from Louise and Sarah. Both were all ears to listen yo my concern about the product and were great. I had issue with one of car perfume I bought they exchanged it for free as a loyal member customer.
Kudos to the team.

On the 5th of May we celebrated International Day of the Midwife at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford!
We wanted to give a special thank you to Rituals staff in Bicester Village (Sabah and Charlie in particular) who helped us very patiently get all the candles, creams and soaps for the midwives working on that day and night, but also donated samples and helped a pregnant midwife carrying all of this to our car. You were amazing!

This shop is my fave even though an ex got me into the products in the first place, thank god he did because they are so so good smell amazing and good quality.

Pippa was extremely helpful today. I was desperate to buy my mum a birthday present … without my mum finding out and in the store with me. Pippa helped me achieve this and made a difficult task easy! Thank you very much Pippa - just the shopping experience I needed!

I'll be honest, the amount of times I've been to BV and walked past this shop without a thought is beyond me having recently been in the store and experienced the warm, friendly and soft customer service approach.

A friendly greeting was given on entrance to the store which is often overlooked in the current climate. I had a few questions which both Pippa and Charlie did a great job at answering and found some fantastic products that suited different gift ideas.

Despite my initial reservations I was signed up to be a member which gave me a small discount and free welcome gift (available for either gender).

Products were carefully bagged at the tills and was even given some discrete gift bags (I'm awful at wrapping)!

I'd sought out the manager, Lucy, to give thanks for a great experience. She was just as nice as the Pippa and Charlie before her. It's refreshing that, despite the increased footfall, everyone ensured I was taken care of during my visit. 10/10 will visit again!!

Great staff who were friendly and helped me answering the questions and helped to choose the right product for me

I'm not one to be writing reviews as it can be difficult at times for anyone to even find the time to write one. However, on this occasion it's different. We had an incredible experience thanks to the wonderful Sue who works there. Me and my girlfriend visited on the 28th April for her birthday. We went to all the shops you would expect and bought a few things but this was the best shop of them all from an experience point of view. The staff members were excellent and Sue even gave us a tour of the store as we didn't really know what to look for as we are relatively new to the brand. We ended up buying many items thanks to the recommendations and Knowledge of Sue. Thanks again and we will be visiting soon.
