Tesco Superstore

We use this Tesco store a lot and have always been impressed with how pleasant & efficient the staff are there. It’s always been one of our favourite places to shop. Last Wednesday I went on my own and somewhere in the store I lost my wedding ring - I was absolutely gutted to say the least. I retraced my steps twice and went to the kiosk area twice. After my second scope of where I’d been I reported my loss to Raz who took my details and I then went home to tell my wife of over 29 years. Around 3 hours later Raz phoned to say she had been given my wedding ring! The way all of the staff where was exemplary - what a top store because of the staff in there - a great example for all Tesco employees

A well run store. Staff very efficient and helpful. The only criticism I can think of, is not the fault of the store, and that is a lot of scustomers attitude to rules of the car park.

I Had a great experience at Tesco today, a worker named Ben helped me out with my shopping as I was looking for tomato's but couldn't find any. he quickly showed me where they were. he was very hard working. thanks ben for the help today.

Conveniently located and although not a huge store is well stocked. Plenty of free parking, cash withdrawal facilities. Not a huge store, but a decent size and more than enough of a selection to cater for most shopping needs. Very friendly and helpful staff always at hand. Like this store as its generally not too crowded and I can get in and quickly do some shopping without too much delay.

Hi just want to say a big thank you to staff a Sheldon Birmingham branch. They were fantastic today at the NHS early opening session. They were thanking us with flowers but without your staff putting in all the extra hours too we wouldn't be able to carry on. Will you let them know we really appreciate them and as an NHS worker we know it isn't all about us like media imply it's about the much wider community. Many thanks sheldon an excellent team .

Nice supermarket that has everything you need for your weekly shop. The big advantage is it's small enough that it doesn't take you ages to find what you want. The place is clean and tidy, never overly busy and I never have to queue.

Can I please personally thank Tim, Friday night I came into store as my Father-in-law's car had broken down there earlier on that day. Tim went out of his way to find me some jump leads to get his car started. My father-in-law is in his 80's and was very worried, thanks to him they have been reunited.

Great place to shop

Liam is an asset to your company he is polite helpful and friendly! He is always greeting everyone in the morning!

I was walking down an aisle, and wasn't sure of where some chilled food was. Harleen helped me find the food I was looking for and was very polite with her guidance.

Great supermarket with plenty of choice.
The staff inside are really helpful, polite and friendly, shame the trolley collector isn't.

Great supermarket with well presented products. The staff are friendly and even went out of their way to search for a product for us. The car park is located off Lyndon Road.

Love how it's open until midnight. Helps out when you run out of something late and everywhere else is closed.
